Bought a wig. Got it fairly quickly. The wig was better than all the wigs I purchased recently- the hair was soft and it was gorgeous but unfortunately it was too small and it was nothing I could do with it.

Ordered Wig Was Not What Was Advertised
Received a body wave wig from this company that literally had no wave in it. Please beware that you will not be able to return any wig to them, even if its unworn. They will try their very best to offer you anything but a refund, even though their site states they have an easy refund process. I will not purchase here again.
Fake HD lace closure/not invisible
I ordered and HD lace closure. The hair is soft and beautiful. Unfortunately its falsely advertised! None of their lace is transparent/invisible like their video! Celie's HD lace is not an HD lace. Its a thick white lace that is extremely visible.Beware! It's wigs for beginners

Everything that can go wrong. This hair is a disappointment. It’s like chicken hair. Scanty . Shedding. I unfortunately bought two. The reviews I saw blinded me but this is scam . I purchased a wig which was advertised as a HD wig but it was actually a transparent wig and super thick. Also the hair smelled like fish when I received it, even after washing it. Spent $500 on a bad wig don’t waste your money ladies and gents!
This Hair is a Big Disappointment
This Hair is a Big Disappointment. I purchased the Celie Malaysia Straight Virgin 4 bundle 10A Natural Black Hair 12in 4-20-2023 and had it installed 4-28-2023. This hair is shedding so bad, I have to put a scarf on my head to keep the hair from falling everywhere. Can't wait to take it out.Please don't waste your money, it's a big rip off.

I ordered a glueless wig from them and they sent it to me in a completely different color and style. The wig was also way too tight and the lace had a hole in the middle. I contacted them for a return, and we emailed back and forth several times. First, they told me I had to pay for the return, and then, they told me I should keep the wig and they'll give me 15usd. Excuse me, but that is the stupidest thing I've heard in my whole life because I did not pay over a hundred dollars for a bad wig only to be told I should keep it and receive 15 dollars as compensation. I refused their deal and now they're trying to guilt trip me into saying they'll give me a 5 dollar cut from their paycheck. I smell bulls*it and pure fuckery. It's ridiculous how they think they can get away with this. Do not ever buy from this company if you value your time, your money, and your sanity.
Disappointed
Used this company a few times in the past, but I must say the recent wig I bought is not up to the same standards - and this is the most expensive one I’ve bought from Celie hair. I paid around £250+ for a 26 inch *indian* body wave wig, but unfortunately the texture of the hair is quite coarse, there is a bit of shedding and the balayage is not balayaging. On a good note, delivery was quicker than most, so I respect that.
Do not buy a wig from them
Do not buy a wig from them. They are complete scammers. They sent me the wrong wig and when I contacted them about it they kept trying to get me to keep it anyway and give me a 25$ refund. I spent over 200$ on it so I didn't think that solution was fair. We emailed a total of 20 times and they made it very clear that they did not care what happened and that if i wanted a refund, i would have to pay the shipping cost which was 200$. Save yourself the trouble and do not give them your money.
FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! I have been a customer of Celie hair…
I have been a customer of Celie hair for a long, long time. However this time, I purchased the buy one and get one free, or at least I thought I did. They sent me the wavy wig and a short random wig. I reached out to them to inform them that I never received the long 16 inch straight wig that I ordered. They went back and forth with emails, stating that the random short wig was the free wig. THEY DID NOT HONOR WHAT THEY POSTED ON THEIR WEBSITE. I TOLD THEM THAT I WAS GOING TO CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ON THEM AND THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I INTEND TO DO. I HAVE NO REASON TO LIE. I AM A HARD WORKING HONEST WOMAN, THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
Disappointing
I bought 3 wigs in total. First one was good. The second and third one were so disappointing. Very thin hair and the lace could be easily seen.
Products from China
First of all, they need to let people know that the product is coming from CHINA, if I knew I would not buy the product. The return is very expansive. Buying within the US provides with free and low shipping. Additionally, with what is happening in China as of now, it would be prudent not to buy anything from this country until the virus in contained.
Never buy from them
Never buy from them. I had an issue with the wig they sent me and they never cared to send the refund request. They insisted that I pay the shipping and with tracking costed me 60$. Worst website. Please don't buy from them. There were 25 emails exchanged and they never agreed to pay the shipping cost. They should tell the customer that this is how its going to be and most of the customers will not even buy. On the website they said free returns which they never did.
NOT HD Lace!
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I researched the market and decided to make my first overseas wig purchase. I chose Celie Hair. The item arrived to me in the UK after 2 weeks. On opening I noted that the lace front was NOT true HD Transparent Lace that was advertised and shown on pictures on the Celie Hair website. The HD lace was the incentive for me to use the company yet here I was looking at a lace front in a lighter shade than my skin tone and with a crisp stiff edge (not a soft or serrated edge as per true HD lace). I was disappointed and contacted Celie Hair about it. They said it was their own type of HD Lace and offered me $15 off my next order if I kept the wig. As I said the lace was too pale against my skin tone and it was therefore of no use to me and so I asked for a return. I took photos of the lace laying across my arm and sent it to Celie Hair and they then confirmed I could return it. I was given the return address and was asked to send it back by tracked post. I packaged the wig and returned it by tracked post as requested costing £17.10. I contacted Celie Hair to give them photos of the labelling and of the tracking receipt. I said I expected to receive refund for the postage as well given that they had mis-sold the wig to me. Once the package was signed for and received their end, I asked them to confirm reimbursement timescales and for 5 days they insisted they had not received the return! Even though I had provided proof that the item had been signed for and received by them they still insisted it had not and they asked for me to wait until they informed me that it had been received. After more than 35 email exchanges between us and their obvious attempts to get me to give up on trying to obtain a refund, I then had to advise them that I would take action if I did not receive reimbursement that day. I was then reimbursed the cost of the wig but not for the cost of return postage. Given that they sent a product that did not match the product description (mis-selling) and then instructed I return it by expensive Tracked Post, the cost of postage should also have been refunded to me. In fact, I was not given the full refund for the actual cost of the item that I paid. Noted that Celie Hair do have some very good reviews but I now understand that customers get points towards money off future purchases IF they leave positive reviews for Celie Hair. Quality business transactions depend on good customer service, honesty and integrity. In my opinion Celie Hair have none of these. I will never use them again. I am leaving this honest review to help others decide on their go to supplier. If you’re happy with your product from Celie Hair that’s good for you but if you’re not and you need to return it, good luck with all the hassle, lies and blockages you will face trying to get your justified refund and you won’t get back all that you actually paid for the wig either! Add that to your return postage costs. Not good at all.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT !!! A MAJORITY OF PEOPLE WHO HAS LEFT A 5 STAR REVIEW RECEIVED 5-15 DOLLAR REFUND FOR IT. HONEY IM TELLING YOU DO NOT DO IT YOU WILL REGRET IT ! Celie hair exploiting black customers …
I brought a curly wig from celie hair 180 density, medium size. The wig was delivered but it was definitely not as per specification advertised. I thought once the wig is installed and all the mousse added that the wig would be perfect. I was disappointed as this was not he case. The wig was very tight and thin density wise. I wore the wig for 1 night and my head was hurting badly. I had to remove my wig. I informed the supplier of all my issues. The supplier said that because I installed the wig I cannot return it. I ask what was my rights regarding my purchase. I was told that I can return the product but I have to pay the retun cost of £40. I was told that I can only get £30 refund. I paid £179 for the wig. I am upset that one of the biggest black hair and wig supplier can get away with this. We buy their wigs and they exploit us. I am not happy with the way I was treated. I will never buy Celie hair ever again.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY WIGS FROM THIS SELLER!! You might have gotten your first or second that turned out okay, but you will be defrauded!! If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Celie sent me a defective item, I emailed them, and they told me to not return it and they will give me $15. Celie was not willing to accept return for wrong defective item sent to me. When I opened a case, they changed return address and gave me a different address and asked for me to spend another $50 for postage to China when they promised free return to me. If you care about your money, BEWARE. It might be your turn soon!
