It had an elasctic at the back, and there was no shedding or any smell. The tracking was amazing, the fact that I was able to track my order the next day after purchase was awesome. I had no issues with the delivery, it took a week,I was hoping, it would have arrived much quicker. I would definitely order my next hair form Celic hair.
I usually don't leave reviews but I am getting really tired of these companies getting away with sending trash hair. This hair I received is 1 step up from a beauty supply synthetic that you can use 400° heat on but Gurl it won't even hold a curl with hair spray. Its just not good quality. If your on a budget and need affordable hair by all means its "human" hair but understand your not getting high quality virgin hair. Your not getting thin quality lace. Definitely not getting hair that will last you 1-2 years. Probably won't be using this company or any of these "discount" hair websites. Just Talk to stylist and people in the industry and find a good/honest vendor no its not easy but for MY hard earned $$$$ its worth it.
I got a loose wave 6 x 6 closure wig. HD lace 200% density and 28”. When the hair arrived it was 150% density. Also the ends of the hair were very dry, even when you wet the hair you have to drench the ends in oil. Also after about 5 months the curl pattern was in disarray. The main problem with this hair however is the shedding. When I first got the hair there was minimal shedding as expected with curly hair. However once I washed, bleached and customised the hair, the shedding was insane. Anytime I left the bathroom there would be hair everywhere. I’ve had the hair for about 7 months now, I still use it, and it holds up, but just be cautious about the shedding. Also when I got in contact with the company they weren’t very helpful, suggesting I should wash the hair to make it fuller which doesn’t make any sense. Overall my experience with the hair is 3 stars because the hair is still decent enough to use on a day to day basis.
Worst hair you can ever buy from these people don’t care about there customers they will take your money and send you cheap hair don’t ever in your life buy from them

I ordered 2 wigs, one wasn’t as described one was fine. I went to return a wig & never got a refund and they claim my wig got stuck “being held in customs” in china so i lost a wig & my money and USPS couldn’t do anything about it because it had already reached china. They gave me run around about returning, and tried to convince me not to return it although i was dissatisfied.They also said on my next purchase they’d give me a discount in the whole sale price they pay and it was only $10 off my order which was another lie. I believe the wig was delivered and they just didn’t want to refund me, the post office said they can see it was delivered to china and more than likely the receiver has received it. It’s been a month and a half and they still haven’t refunded me. Unprofessional and horrible place of business my hair came in a couple days but getting a refund was damn near impossible. I am now out of pretty much $400
Do not order hair from this company!! So I was a first time customer, ordered a headband wig. Got the product and the colour was more of a brown rather than a natural black like the product described and the pictures displayed. Contacted customer service to return. They gave me excuses, tried to tell me I was wrong. The part I was shocked by, is that this customer service representative started to guilt- trip me into keeping the hair saying his salary would be cut and that his boss was mad at the situation since I wanted to negotiate a partial refund. He told me it would take a while to ship the product back hence I thought the partial refund would be a decent conclusion. If your customer service, isn't it your job to ensure your customers are satisfied?? The most unprofessional dialogue I've ever experienced from an "official company". Ended off with an ultimatum in which the sales representative said to either send back the hair or get a partial refund which mind you, was less than half of what I paid for the wig overall. Very disappointing and negative experience.

I am very disappointed in the wig I bought for my birthday in November 2021 😩 It was the 99J straight 5x5 wig plus I had to pay extra $50 to send the first one back because it was such poor quality 😩Smh 🙄the wig had sooo many flyaways it just looked ridiculous and the 99J wig was suppose to be 180 density but of course it WASN'T 🙄😩👿 My order number is #37384...

I am so disappointed in my wig. I order a 16 inch, Kinky Straight wig with 180 density. The wig is nowhere near 180 density. Additionally, the wig has a smell. I will never purchase from Celie again. I am honest surprised at all the positive reviews.

My wig came and was very soft. It was an easy install with minimal shedding. Good density at 180. Not too big but not thin at at all. Nice color with thin lace and very breathable. Update: I actually will not be shopping with this company again! After requested a picture with me in the unit, (which I sent) they then requested a tagged photos on social media. I did not have a problem with this but I had already posted my pictures in it and did not know how to go back and add a tag. I was then requested to do a review. Which I did and was informed there was a min word count. Mind you, all that was offered was 5-10USD for my time, images, and promo. But I liked the product so I was going to do. Mind you, most companies offer you a full free unit for just a tagged post. Here is their response. “ (😂😂)” Very much rude, it’s giving very much GHETTO! I will spend my money where my time is valued. Laugh at that Celie!!!
So I’ve bought wigs and bundled hair from Celie, my wigs have been decent quality, on time delivery as well as my bundle hair except for this last time. I got the hair installed for my birthday and it was flawless, no problems with the hair on frontal. But when it was time to touch it up a few weeks later, my stylist shampooed the lace frontal and it immediately got matted, just after shampooing once. I reached out to the seller and sent pics with no response. I am very disappointed due to the fact I always buy through them and received good quality.

I've ordered from Celie Hair twice and everything was fine until I requested a refund and wanted to send a wig back because it was nothing like the picture. Communication was great until I wanted to return the wig. Needless to say as long as you give good reviews and spending money they'll communicate 🤷🏽♀️

Hair arrived in a good amount of time! and first impressions were great, however the hair was a little drier than expected and a little thin at the ends. I ordered a 30 inch frontal wig. I would definitely buy from Celie again but just not in the length that I previously ordered
This Hair has a nice texture, and the wig is full. I sewed a band onto the wig and also plucked it to my liking. The wig will shed from time to time.
This literally the trashiest, worse hair iv ever purchased. You can tell it’s a mixture of human and synthetic hair. I’m not sure how everything one is say it’s amazing because it’s literally the worse. I contacted the company and the girl gone tell me she’ll give me $25 usd . Like huh? That’s honestly what I should’ve paid for it .

I am confused about all of these positive reviews. I bought a kinky straight wig 3 weeks ago and after one week, it has been a matted, tangled, shedding mess. I have bald spots in this wig from it being constantly matted. I left a review on Celie's website and they never posted the review, they emailed me instead. I sent pictures of the wig and they offered me $15 and a discount on my next wig. I spent over $200 on this wig and it lasted a week plus I had to spend more money and order another wig from a different company. I will not use Celie again.

This wig is awesome. The density and length of it is great and I can't wait to fully install it. The service was also great and the staff kept me up to date with shipping and everything. I will definitely be shopping here again, maybe I'll go for a curly with next time.
