recently had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with Cheaptickets.hk that I feel compelled to share. After making three separate attempts to book flight tickets through their platform, each time successfully processing payments using the Unipay method, I was shocked to receive failure messages in the final booking step. Understandably frustrated, I reached out to their customer service, only to have the employee abruptly hang up on me during the first call. After persistent attempts, I managed to reach their customer service again. To their credit, they promptly refunded two of the failed transactions. However, the third transaction, despite multiple follow-ups, remained unresolved. It was only after further calls that I was informed it might take some time to receive the refund for the third transaction. This uncertainty has left me feeling frustrated and doubtful about Cheaptickets.hk's commitment to resolving customer issues promptly. This experience has been far from the seamless booking process I expected. The technical glitches and the lack of responsiveness from customer service have tarnished my confidence in their services. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering using Cheaptickets.hk, as the lack of accountability and transparency in handling issues is deeply concerning. I will continue to pursue the resolution of my remaining refund, but my overall impression of Cheaptickets.hk has been significantly marred by this ordeal.

No reply when need helps

No reply when need helps! Phone number provided in the website is invalid. Payment over charged unknowingly and when need more explanation on the issue, nobody can help . This will be my last time buying from cheaptickets!! At lease get representive not robot live chat and it’s doesn’t solve our problems!

I bought the tickets which is including 20 KG luggage, but it didn’t show up in my tickets, there is no way I can communicate with the AI bot about it, and the only way is to leave you a message, and wait.

poor experience. there is a mistake on my e-ticket 1 luggage should be included in my purchase but it turned out isn't included on my e-ticket. So I tried to contact CS, the 24/7 online chat is just a robot and keep sending me an irrelevant link which isn't helpful. Then, I tried to send a message/email to CS and no one response yet. this situation is not yet solved, I am still waiting a reply from your side passively. it is a very unpleasant experience.

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service . The guy hang up my phone and promise to resolve 24 hours and now 48 hours. Cheap ticket has charged me 2 times of one ticket and not able to resolve this issue up to now 72 hours now
