made my booking at 2pm today, website said "booking successful",
but not receiving any confirmation email, history in "My trip" is totally blank,
tried to call them on hotline, but could never reach, always busy and sometimes get cut off from that side.
and email to cs cheaptickets.hk was not replied, and then tried cs cheaptickets.co.hk but system reply indicate its an invalid address.
so i have to comment here, look forwards to some reply regarding my booking CHK-4534532
if it failed, pls do me a favor to inform me as soon, so i could complete my rebooking that wont affect my trip. thx

When I want to book Thai Airways with the time and price that I wanted, the moment when I made payment the time slot showed not available and I have to choose another not so good timing and paid for it.
But after my payment, the original time slot and the price that I wanted come back. I wonder is it a way to lure customer to clear not so good timing flights?

2 times amount deducted via applepay but never booked the flight. Customer service said the amount will be returned in 5 days. It is almost 1 week but the amount haven’t returned yet.

For a booking in business class, you don't offer the possibility to book a seat. Another thing : you dont ask our passport number and validity.

Most airlines do not need specific passport information for your booking unless the airline asks for it. Currently your booking includes all the required information (date of birth, gender and name).If the airline needs more information, we will inform you. If necessary, an employee at the check-in counter at the airport will add any missing information to your booking.
Seat assignments vary from airline to airline. Seats can be assigned on the website of the airlines by using the reference number provided on your ticket based on your requirements

1. Take too much time (about 20 minutes to reach the CS) in waiting call pick up while call in the free toll hotline.
2. I did double checked the information I input on line for my tickets but don't know why name of ticket holder in the E tickets goes wrong (the last name being supersede the last word of the first name).
3. For user friendly, I would suggest to pump out a screen of input information which request customer to double check and save prior to move on payment.

I required a small change to my booking and requested for it online. The reply came in about 2 weeks after the request but it wasn’t clear. Sent another email to clarify but have not received any reply. It’s been almost a month!

I have tried to booked for my family of 4 on cheaptickets.sg. Due to the fact that my son needs to return back to singapore earlier I have to make a separate booking of my other family of 3.
I make a booking from singapore to Jeju on 8th June 01:10 for 3 and was planning to book the same schedule for my son. I was horrified that I couldn't make a booking for the same flight as it was not available afterwards just in a matter of 5 mins.
I tried calling the customer service but he's not able help just mentioned the system may not be available.
I have no choice to use the skyscanner to book for my son's trip to match our outbound flights(that was booked in cheaptickets.sg) together to Busan.
Customer service officer should have been more proactive to address my concern instead of either saying no flights or "would I like to cancel my booking" etc.
Awful. Website booking engine not working. Customer Service line listed on website not working. If this is a legit company then they need to sort themselves out. Experience feels more like a scam.

Could not find promo code section !!! Credit card fee !!!
Everything was well till i have discount code to enter but cant input it in !! No box or section for promo codes !! Try searching for it but cant be found. Very disappointing !! Also why is there booking credit card fee ??

When I booked my tickets from Finland to Germany, i was asked on their website if i would like to add an extra baggage to my tickets as it was not included. I added baggages on both my inbound and outbound flights and paid for them at the same time when i booked the tickets.
When I checked for my flights on the airline's official website, only 1 extra baggage was added to my outbound flight. No baggage has been added to my inbound flight.
Sent two emails to Cheaptickets.hk to ask about this. Got no reply. Called their customer service hotline. A guy picked up and he said he would check for me. But he hung up in the middle of the call. It wasn't an accident because it happened TWICE! I called them twice to resolve this matter but he did it twice. Very unhelpful and unprofessional.
The problem is still unresolved and i'm leaving soon in 2 days. Probably will have to pay again for the baggage at the airport.

I tried calling again on the next day after writing this review and another girl from the hotline helped me with my problem. I guess i just had bad luck with the first guy who was rude and didn't care about my problem. This company needs to train their staff properly.
