AI 生成Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers consistently praise the streamlined booking process, noting that dedicated staff members provide prompt, professional, and highly efficient assistance with all necessary travel arrangements. Individual travelers find daily communication exceptionally smooth and reliable, ensuring that planning complex rail journeys through the foreign region remains completely seamless and worry-free. A few other people also noticed unexpected discrepancies regarding first class seat availability when coordinating their international bookings with the agency.

I needed to book a train ticket online
I needed to book a train ticket at short notice and didn't do so in China for like 6 years. The service was very smooth and executed to my fullest satisfaction! Chapeau!
Excellent experience!
The check in was smooth and effortless. The people at the train station was very helpful. The train was super clean and the service provided on the train was friendly and accommodating. Definitely 5 stars!
Happy Train Ride
Very fast, clean train. It is a very smooth train ride. Only the immigration at HK West Kowloon abit stressed cos afraid cannot board the train on time. Best to check in 1.5 to 2 hours including immigration from HK and China side, especially with lugguages, traveling with children and seniors.
Nothing bad to say
Nothing bad to say. Very easy to work with and we were able to secure business seats for our train from hk to Beijing. Incredible journey thanks to the team.

Annie provided quick action and responses
Annie provided prompt responses to my questions and requests through my visit this month in China. My train trip from Shenzhen to Xi'an was a highlight of my visit. Particularly insightful was Annie's recommendation to communicate on WeChat as a backup to email. That proved critical and made possible quick responses to my need to add tours and museum tickets to my itinerary. Thanks, Annie!
The communication was reliable
The communication was fast, clear and reliable (also regarding two necessary changes) and I got all 7 train tickets and coult use them without any problem
Annie did a fantastic job
Annie did a fantastic job, Everything did work properly and we had a fantastic time. Our Chengdu tour was great and our guide Eric was just amazing. We will come back to China 2026. Thank you so much.
Great way to book China rail travel
As other posters have said, for tourists visiting China and wanting to book rail travel, this is the way to go. The service was easy and we got the seats we wanted (despite it being around the Autumn National Holiday). I have no hesitation in recommending this firm. Great communication and made the process very easy.
Useful service
We traveled during high season in China (National Day vacation week), and the agency helped us to get the tickets we wanted. In those cases where the tickets sold out too quickly, they helped us get alternative trains. I can recommend their service; they were active and helpful throughout the process, and they also assisted us to make some changes during our stay.

Fantastic team pulled together my 7x high speed train journeys during a Chinese holiday season. What service! I got seats on all the trains I requested. A star performance!
Perfect way to book china train tickets…
Perfect way to book china train tickets in advance (more than two weeks) for foreigners. Good service. If the desired train becomes unavailable, they propose an alternative. We had to face high difficult booking due to golden week. One of our train booking was fully refunded because we changed to plane. They managed everything very proactively Thanks, I recommend !
Quick and smooth
Great to order and forget
Although I don’t like the china system of not being able to book more then 2 weeks in advance. Annie at China highlights was a superstar! Some of the tickets we wanted (even though organised months in advance) were booked out when the time come, she made everything easy suggesting alternative routes to get us where we needed to go. China highlights is great to order and forget, they make the experience personal when they go to find the tickets for you. Well worth the small fee. It isn’t just talking to a bot.
