Excellent booking service! So easy and very good communication. I highly recommend using china highlights to book any train tickets for china. And I will definitely use again.

I fully trusted China Highlights and…

I fully trusted China Highlights and booked all my tickets with them and honestly, it’s the first and last time. The service was terrible. I had to constantly chase my agent Annie because she never sent me the ticket confirmations and never informed me whether she had managed to get the tickets or not. On more than four occasions she failed to buy the tickets for me. However, with other companies like Trip.com, while Annie told me there were no tickets left for the train I wanted, they still had availability. When she couldn’t get a ticket, she notified me late and barely gave me any options for a new train. Tired of having to deal day in and day out with incompetent and unprofessional people, I decided to cancel my last trains with them and handle it myself. They refunded part of the money but not all of it, keeping some for the “supposed management” they carried out. I know you’ll see very good reviews — those reviews are what led me to trust them — but don’t be fooled. Poor service on their part.

I had a great experience booking trains to China with China Highlights. They bought the tickets for me on the day they were issued and added them to my passport. Excellent service and reliability.

Excellent.

Excellent. Fabio solved all my problems, even when I lost a train for my fault. In about 5 minutes he always confirm if there is or not available seats. They are honest, no surprise when you book you just pay the fee.

We booked all of our trains through China Highlights, we had only one issue with a night train, but we made a little change in our plan and everything was fixed. Trustful partner.

A great company! Extremely correct and efficient: confirmation for booked tickets is issued immediately as is the availability of tickets exactly 2 weeks before the trips (this is when China Railways issues them). Would recommend China Highlights unreservedly!

Reliable and trustworthy

We had excellent experience with China Highlight train ticket services. We had a very complicated itinerary and purchased several different tickets for a variety of trains, and did not have a single glitch on our trip! We even successfully changed one ticket at the ticket counter in the station. We received refunds for all the first class tickets that were not available (we travelled in August - in China!), and received second class tickets. A very reliable company, and fully recommended to other independent travellers.

Really good service

Really good service - and great communication for a 1st time visitor to China! Emailed when some trains hadn't released tickets yet and confirmed when all was done. Excellent comms all the way - definitely recommend using China Highlights Ticket service.

Great, friendly and realiable service

Very good service. Wesbite is convenient and transparant. More important: this is backed up from extremely efficient, friendly and reliable in person communication on release of train tickets, alternative options etc. Makes train travel in China very easy and enjoyable!
