Hello Karen, We are sorry to hear about your inconvenience when using our test. Our products can be used internationally: we generate results and certificates in the format accepted by different local authorities. This means you must go through an online registration process where you provide the required information. This can be done using a smartphone but also works from a computer. We are always looking to improve, so we will use your feedback as a suggestion to find new methods and channels for all of our customers to be able to register and use our products.
