Do not dropship with CJ - they cannot fulfil orders
If you’re starting out dropshipping, or are about to build a business around the CJ products shown on their platform, DON’T!
CJ is unable to fulfil orders within the timeframe promised of 3-5 days. You’ll get lucky on one or two orders, but lack of inventory and suggestions by them that you accept alternatives, happens ALL THE TIME! It’s not a viable way to run a business. They simply cannot fulfil inventory and orders, and do not stock a lot of the items on their site. They are essentially a middleman who takes your order and then tries to procure it. I spent over $1000 customising packaging which is now useless. I’m closing my business because of CJ.
They keep thousands of items displayed even though items have been discontinue or out of stock. These show as having hundreds of thousands of items, only to find there are none. The platform does not update stock quantities so this will be a constant issues.
Learn from my costly and extremely time intensive mistake and find an alternative supplier.

This is the WORST dropshipper ever!! Terrible customer service, items never get to the customer, if they do the products are broken, torn, or pendemic bla bla not like the picture or out of stock. They do not care!! They ruined my business! They ruined my name and reputation. I had to close shop due to their unreliable service. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!
Cj did not follow up with their out of stock products that lead me to change products a lot of time and have issue with customers. After the tracking number was created and waiting for a couple of days, Cj would contact me and say that the product was discontinued (out of stock or supplier can not ship that ). They would offer similar products which are not exactly what customers want. It also leads to slow shipping time. Cj should follow up with out of stock products. So disappointing. I don't know if I should continue to use Cj anymore. be careful. they dont desrve even 1 star , one start is too much for them

Very disappointed:( I am someone who is starting in the drop shipping business who was looking forward in starting business with CJdropshipping. I had seen great reviews, and it has the products that I would like to sell in my drop shipping business. However, my disappointment comes from not getting reliable agents to answer and when I submitted a ticket there have been no response back after 3 attempts. There was only 1 response back on October 3. I submitted my logo to the agent but since than no response from anyone. I will no longer seek services from CJdropshipping due to the lack of trust I have now due to the repeated attempts I have made to seek a trustworthy, reliable agent who will answer a ticket or a chat.

CJ is unable to fulfil orders within the timeframe promised of 3-5 days. This happens ALL THE TIME! It is now 13 days since my order was placed and still it is processing. I did a massive mistake to build my shop around CJ, I realised too late that they are extremely unreliable and DO NOT care about customers and shop owners. They keep thousands of items displayed even though the item has been discontinue or out of stock. The staff knows but do absolutely NOTHING to take them down. I would never dream to spend a penny on marketing as I would not even know if they have the items available and I would be left being completely embarrassed with my reputation down the drain if I had chosen to continue with CJ

I had to adjust my review. I ordered and paid for 4-9 days delivery. I didn't receive it until 2 weeks of ordering. I'm not saying that the co is bad, however the supplies they have in the USA is limited. Most of the products still come from China. So your probably still better off ordEring from China.

The only reason for giving less than one star is that CJ doesn't work with Amazon but ADA's good customer support made a lot of things easier. Thanks Ada.
Cj has repeatedly been unable to fulfil my ordres on time, their promised processing time is 3-5 days, but mine have been usually 10 days or more. I have a sneaking suspicion that they do this on purpose for shop owners to buy inventory. A very disappointing experience so far with CJ

Terrible dropshipping app. No notifications when products are out of stock, shipping information doesn’t match the product as listed. I had to delete a whole store. Absolutely garbage.

Takes too long to process orders and shipping times are longer than Aliexpress. Nearly all the products cost more than on Aliexpress. Customer service is OK.
A lot of orders were damaged during the shipping and we didn't get our money back from many damaged orders.
