Crappy product. They don't stand behind their refund policy

The jacket and shirt they sent were dime-store products that were cheap, misshapen, and not even close to the advertised items. I had about $150 in product and they offered a refund of only $34. They don't even stand behind their refund policy! Fraudsters!

Trying something new

I was happy to find a site the sold the Carhartt brand at a reasonable price. I've adopted a new look that is full of colors and comfort. The only down fall I found while shopping is the size chart. I'm African American female, short an petite and hippy. The size chart does not give me much confidence in online shopping because I can't confirm that all my pieces will fit. Overall I'm excited to see if this will be my go to site to shop from here on out. From the marketing stand point, maybe use various size models to give a better view.

They are a scam

They are a scam! The product is fake and not even a good counterfeit. They say they have a 30 day return 0ilicy but they do not. They are based out of China but they have a return address in Santa Fe. They will offer you a very small portion of what you paid and will refuse your shipment when you send the product back. This is a scam and should be stopped. They should not be able to advertise on InstaGram, tik tok, Facebook, etc.. and they shouldn't be allowed in the U.S. !

Already made my purchase

I made my purchase and then got an email conformation. Next thing I know I get another email telling me to complete my purchase. I already made my purchase and it showed on my credit card account. Please stop sending me emails when I have already completed the purchase and have my order number and comformation.

I spent over $400 on clothing that was…

I spent over $400 on clothing that was of terrible quality. There is no option for returns. They do not provide a return address. I have heard the company does business out of Hong Kong. They put you off with very slow shipping. The items were smashed into packages and they gave me a free gift, a cowboy hat that was smashed up and bent. After multiple attempts with emails for a RTA and address to send the items, they said to take pictures and send them to customer service. They then circle back with the original email about how to obtain a return. They inundate the customer with red tape to get out of return. I tossed the items because they weren't fit for a dog and never received a refund. Stay away from this company!

False advertising. The products are of very poor quality. I ordered two sweaters and two jackets. I received four poor qualities sweaters.
