the cotosen.com website picture totally misrepresented the hoodie that I ordered. And the size medium that I ordered is so small that I cannot wear it. I filled out the message form and submitted the form, asking to return the item and they will not respond. They DO NOT answer the phone, at all.
Follow up, cotosen replied to my review telling me to send an email or call them i have done both and still no response. This is why I say DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE.

I wear a large amount of Carhartt clothing that I have purchased from a local store. I thought I would give Cotosen a try and ordered Carhartt clothing from them. I was dismayed waiting almost one month to receive the clothing and found all of what I ordered to be COUNTERFEIT, without Carhartt hang tags, poor quality fabric and seams and Chinese typing on the tag in the seam. It was a BIG PAIN getting my credit card company involved to get my money back. The clothes look nice online but then when they come in it looks like it was made at the dollar tree. Looks very fake. Looks very cheap, it's very thin, sizes run differently because it's Chinese size. Very disappointed and it's hard to do returns.

DONT DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM!! I followed their instructions to return item.At first they wouldn’t let me return but make me a deal if i kept the item. $50 if you keep it. I paid $100!After i copied and pasted their Return Policy with a few arguments they agreed. They sent me the return shipping address and took the package to ship out. Got a Return receipt and $receipt, took a picture and attached it to the email we have running. They sent me this address:
