This is an example of poor customer service and lack of communication. I will not order from this company anymore. I have also reach out to cancel my order and there is no way to cancel the order. I did get merchandise but not as pictured nor described. I sent 5 email requests to the supposed customer service asking for a return authorization with absolutely NO response! I would never recommend this company to…
I would never recommend this company to anyone. Ordered a jacket for my husband for his birthday. When it came in, it was awful! Looked nothing like what was pictured. Online said "vintage brown" BULL it was orange and the pockets were light brown. Reached out to the company about it and all they offered was a $20 in-store credit or $17 partial refund. With shipping and all, I paid almost $90. Website claims to have a 30-day return policy, I don't belive it. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

This is an absolute Chinese Hack…
This is an absolute Chinese Hack company of brand names. Their knock-offs of popular brand names merch are pathetic, cheap garbage that looks nothing like the photos they advertise. To make matters worse, thier pledge to you as a customer that they will respond within 72 hrs. is pure B.S. They showed me a summary of an order I placed that had three of the five things I ordered incorrect, be-it size or a duplicate substitution, they had it wrong. The items were all 2xl, yet they had small and mediums sizes instead. I cancelled this order over the couse of a week and a half on three seperate occasions following their website instructions. Yet they never responded, even though the website pop-ups acknowledged that I was sucessful with the cancellation. Now, they are shipping me an order with three incorrect items, even after I pleaded with them not to, and just canel the order, and give me a store credit instead. This company does not care, and will send you plastic in place or real leather as advertised. Buyer be ware. You have been warned.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Gave me the run around for a refund because they sent the wrong item. The item I ordered off their website doesn’t exist. Then when I asked for a refund they would only refund half.

If I could give zero stars I would. I wanted to return a coat that was nothing like the website add. If took a long time to answer me, and they offered my 15% off. I said no I wanted to return the item. They gave me an address in California that you can not find on google map, but I still sent it with UPS --UPS could not find the address--the address name was Michelle not a business address. so now i spent 30 to return and UPS couldnt find it. When I told them that they said to use another carrier. They are disgusting.
