Would give it zero stars if allowed. Fraudulent and deception are the words that best describe the company. Jacket ordered didn’t come close to resembling website picture. I tried to cancel order three hours after placing - denied. I am attempting to return item for full refund well within- declined. Compete and total scam. Stay away!

I would give this company a zero if possible. DO NOT BUY from this scam of a company. I received the coat I purchased and it was absolute junk. This company is slapping a Carhartt logo on Chinese manufactured items, that look nothing like what is on the website. I contacted them and they refused a full refund with the return of the product, just wanted to give me a store credit?! Why the heck would that benefit me at all!!!!

Ordered winter jacket and it took forever. Picture looked brown but when received it was a burnt orange and nothing more than a hoody. Website is much better than what you get. I am attempting to return it but I have to pay to return it to them.
Update- sent pictures of the jacket and was offered $33 for a $98 purchase. Total scam!!!!!

They are a scam. Do not order from them. Order a coat, it had a bad odor. I had to email them countless times amount my refund, they wanted to give me $27, and said I could keep the item. I don't have no use for the cost. I want my $ 137 that I paid for it.

The clothes are excellent 👌 Two things could have helped make it better , a sweater on my wishlist disappeared from the list, it disappeared from the store as well. Im assuming that it is sold out , however listing item as sold out would be appreciated or listing item stock amount . Secondly , express shipping option would be appreciated, as a standard order can take up to a month .
