I need to return. They won't respond to my emails and never have when the item wasn't delivered properly. I've had nothing but a horrible experience. The product is extremely low quality, looks like hell. Nothing like the picture.

Can't get on this giving minus stars ordered what was supposed to be a carharrt vintage shearing coat basically a cheap Chinese knock off returns send back to China at your cost in an original packaging which was a plastic bag and all labels attached ! Actually no labels on the garment.total scam go to a carharrt store if you want said coat don't buy of cotosen be warned. If you still want the snieds temu or Etsy have the same for half the price

I first came across this company when an ad popped up showing what appeared to be good looking, heavy winter coats. The cheap price should be your first clue that something was amiss. The three coats I received (after a significantly long wait) were thin, cheap, and very chemical-smelling. They were intended for Christmas gifts, but going to Goodwill instead. The cost of experience. I will never buy from this company again.
