I’m going to give this till Friday and I will cancel my order I do not care about the refund since I understand that they make it extremely difficult to do so. Buyer beware:
These products run very small. A medium fits like an extra small. They offered only a $20 refund on a shirt that cost more than double that amount and I keep a shirt that is obscenely tight. The only other option is to pay huge international shipping fees that cost more than the shirt itself to receive a full refund. They do not offer size exchanging, but offered me the option to spend more money with them to purchase a larger size.

I ordered 3- 5XL hoodies for $145.16. When my order finally arrived 30 days later, none of thw hoodies fit. They all fit like a size 2XL and not a 5XL that I ordered. When I contacted them by email, they told me to send them pictures of the hoodies, the size of the tags, the packaging and the item number on each hoodie, which I did. They emailed back saying they will only refund me $37 of the $145.16 I paid and I can either reorder the same items and pay 60% of a discounted price and keep the original order or a refund of $37 as credit towards another order. The Affirm company I use to make this purchase couldn't cancel or stop payment on this when I tried to dispute this order because they can only go by this company's return or refund policies. Bottom line is I'm out of $145.16. COTOSEN.COM is a online site that is a SCAM!!! 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 Do not order from this site!!! The products you order will either be too small, look nothing like it does on their website and you definitely will not get your money back!

I bought a pair of pants from this company for $135. One hour later, I realized that I had entered the wrong shipping address. I emailed them and asked them to send it to the correct address, but they told me that they had already shipped the package. How is it possible that I placed the order at 11 PM and they shipped it at 12 AM within just one hour?
They told me I had to pay another $70 for them to recall the package and resend it. I paid the extra $70. When the pants arrived, instead of genuine leather pants, I received a pair made of plastic. When I gently ran my nail across it, the surface peeled off. I ended up paying $205 for plastic pants I wouldn’t even buy for my dog.
When I contacted them, they said they don’t accept returns after a sale and that the policy shown on their website applies only to some of their clothing. They are scammers — be careful.!!!

After my credit card company received all communications & realized this company are scamming people out of money by selling fake designer Carhartt wear, I received my money back within a day.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be very careful. This company will not amend or cancel your order even when you complete the cancellation link. They will not provide a returns label even though you e proves what you received is not what they're selling. They have no connections to designer wear companies as I have spoken with Carhartt who confirmed they do not have rights to sell under their name.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been frustrating from start to finish. The jacket I received looks nothing like the description or photos. The material feels cheap, the fit is totally off, and the colour isn’t even close to what was advertised. It genuinely feels like a completely different product.
To make matters worse, I’ve contacted customer service five times trying to get this resolved, and I haven’t received a single response. Not even an acknowledgment. For a company to ignore customers after sending the wrong item is unacceptable.
