This company is a Scam! Please avoid and save your money. I purchased 6 items last November 2024 for Christmas and finally received them mid January. Their website promised that they would be delivered by Christmas. The items were absolute trash! They were made out of shiny plastic and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Thankfully 😅 I managed to get my money back via Klarna as I purchased these items through them. It was a fight to get the money back, this company refused to give me an address to return the items. They then said I would have to pay the delivery cost to them, I said ‘fine’ I do not want your sub standard, poor quality trash bag clothes! They then said, ‘even if you now return the items we will not refund you as you have started a chargeback’. This was absolutely untrue. This companies is full of liars and scammers. I did get my money back eventually through Klarna but it took until March 2025. I cannot believe that this company is allowed to still operate. Therefore, please 🙏 I am warning everyone who is contemplating using Cotosen, please do not. There are plenty of good reputable companies out there. Do not waste your time and money with Cotosen, there clothes are crap and so is there customer service!
