They seem to make cheap imitations and make it difficult to return things. Which wouldn't have bothered me so much except I emailed them 3 days before my order shipped to inform them that they had the wrong size listed on my order. They told me there was nothing they could do because my order had already shipped, I checked the tracking and it hadn't shipped. So add lying to their list of short comings. Then I told them I was returning the item and they keep asking for more information to process the return saying they couldn't find a record of the sale, despite me having pictures of the confirmation page. My shipment actually did get delivered, but I didn’t get what I ordered. What they did send was flat-out terrible. The quality and craftsmanship were nowhere near what was advertised — cheap materials, sloppy stitching, the Carhartt emblem was actually sewed on crooked. After reading some of the reviews. I decided to take the "L" on this one instead of dealing with their customer service department. Silver lining: I gave the jacket and hoodie to a homeless guy. The issues I have cannot be resolved. This company was born an intentional scam. The only thing they're good at is sending the same emails & none answer my questions. Suffice to say: misleading descriptions, obviously subpar products, my shipping took 6 weeks - NO labels in one jacket that I ordered an XL womens - the sleeves were almost too tight to put my SKINNY old arm in. Im 5'7" 133lbs. Its crazy! The other jacket looked like a terrible truly cheap version of the advertised item. I ordered a MENS MEDIUM, again with the tight sleeves!! Do the Chinese have notoriously skinny arms? I don't know what size to call it! Skinny arms, practically floor length... I know im short but this is just not right. Again no labels except one small one that says "M". The quality is atrocious. (Should a leather jacket wrinkle badly?)You get what you pay for. I was lured by how cheap they were! I couldn't imagine this professional looking site lying so blatantly but .. it was too good to be true. It took over a month to receive my order. I will just eat this terrible purchase as I don't want to deal the return nonsense to China & the hoops id go thru to get a refund. Its not worth the stress. I ordered 4 things so I also got a "free gift" - a really nice blue Harley Davidson t-shirt. THAT is the only item that actually fits & looks good. LOL I do have photos because I just couldn't believe how crappy the clothes are. I warned ya! ..................... A day after posting this received a reply apologizing came from Cotosen. They ask for my purchase info to "help resolve my case". Bull crap. I never opened a dispute or filed a complaint to them... because im not going around in THEIR circle of 'return misery". So im not sending order #s & pictures & endless correspondence & send back this crap to probably not get my $$ back. Im not falling for it. Only a quick full refund will get my attention.

The description of the items are not what you receive. I ordered suede jacket and received plastic jacket. The order was received 1.5 months after the order, even though it was described as 2-3w delivery time. When trying to request refund, they told me to ship the items back to china at my own expense, even though i paid for the initial shipping. Borderline fraud.
