My order came about 8 weeks after i placed it. Kept getting messages that its in production or on the ship or in customs, etc. Doesn't matter, because once it arrived it was true to other peoples experiences. A piece of garbage that was literally unfinished. It was a jacket without any lining at all. Grossly oversized, and entirely the piece of crap that others have received. This company is a scam.
I placed an order for 2 jackets.
After placing the order and paying. I realized that one of the jackets I ordered was a small instead of a large. I tried canceling the order within 5 minutes of placing it and was unable.
I sent a message to have them change the size. Their automative message said they would get back to me within 72 hours. That never happened. Even after 2 more messages sent.
Now comes the truly upsetting part.
I received the jackets and neither one resembles the picture or description of materials used.
To top it off the small fits exactly the same as the large. Go figure.
I have tried emailing their customer service to return the jackets.
They do not respond.
Please save your money and do not order from this company.
It is not worth the headache.

They can improve by not scamming people out of their money, I spent $103.20 on a leather coat and they sent me a coat that doesn't match or look anything like the coat I bought, and when I asked for a refund, they offered a partial refund thats less then half of what I paid for.

These people are scammers. They send stuff when and if they want. I ordered from them about a year ago, got one hoodie and it arrived and was good quality. This is what made me order again. This time I ordered more stuff. I have been waiting since August. They have been giving me bogus tracking numbers, saying my stuff is locked in a warehouse, my packages are lost…the lies haven’t ended. Oh what a scam. Do not do it. However when you try to use them, you Can NOT get through.
You try and submit an email but you have to go through a captcha which is a fraud. No mattet how you type the letters/numbers; it says you’re wrong and try again. Gone through with it multiple times and finally got frustrated and decided to make people aware of the scam they are using. The clothing is garbage (and that’s being nice). Carhartt? Nope!! Placed order on 11/15/25. Each item purchased had the tag below the price "Ships in 24 Hrs." What a joke. Website also states "Your credit card will only be charged once your order ships." Another flat out lie as my CC was charged within minutes of purchase, not at shipment which they still can not confirm almost a week later. Reached out to customer service and responses never address the questions being asked. Avoid doing business with Cotosen at all cost. They are deceptive and not worthy of being patronized because of their lack of ethical business practice.
