Hello, I already paid my yearly subscription ($120 invoice attached), and the upgrade says “Upgrade successfully”, but my account still shows Lite-Yearly with only 2 credits remaining. Could you please manually resync or refresh my account credits? Thank you.

I paid a high price to create videos, but the credits run out very quickly, and the video doesn’t exceed 15 seconds. On top of that, it doesn’t support languages properly. The language is broken, and the words are scattered and unclear. Very, very bad.

Charge randomly without consent and hide what payment forms are on your on own account so that only they have access to your payment method(s) and will charge it as they want and when they want. I love DeeVid for their output however the site is shadey and deceptive for sure. I can see on this site and others that this is a common practice for DeeVid. AI thinks that they can treat customers however they want because they aren't a person who can be held accountable... so they hide behind anonymity.......

Genuinely terrible

Genuinely terrible. You're better off with ChatGpt - it does a better job of text to image. This cant handle text on any level and virtually never gives you what you want. I trialled it for 2 months, and the 2nd month was because I forgot to cancel lol.

NO WORTH YOUR TIME MUCH LESS YOUR MONEY

We just purchased the monthly subscription. Unfortunately, NONE of the videos or images that were generated followed the instructions we gave. For instance, we used the terms: Sunny summer day with bright blue skies," and the results were inside an auditorium or gym. There is noway to get back the "credit" used for a bad results, so we just wasted $40 dollars in a blink. USE MANUS!

Charged for a service that didn’t work – no output, no refund, terrible communication / service. Avoid. I signed up to DeeVid AI to create a short 3-minute video. What should have taken 30–60 minutes turned into over 4 hours of repeated failures. The system: * Failed multiple times during generation * Got stuck at 98% for over an hour (clearly frozen) * Consumed credits despite not producing usable output * Ultimately delivered nothing I could actually use Even more concerning — the platform’s own AI assistant explicitly acknowledged that this was “not normal or acceptable” and that the process had effectively failed. Advised me to contact support. Despite this, I was still charged over £30. Customer support took a week to respond, I lost all faith in this company and requested a refund. Only for them to hide behind a “non-refundable” clause in their terms of service. That’s not acceptable when the issue is a technical failure and the service was never properly delivered. This isn’t about not liking the result — there was no result. Paying customers should not be charged for failed processing, wasted time, and a product that doesn’t work as advertised. I then responded to this explaining the situation and also showing that in the UK there are laws around this that they cannot circumvent with their T&C, no response. No support ticket system. Absolute clown show. I'll now be taking action to recover my money via my credit card, I consider this company closer to fraud than a service provider. Proceed with caution.

The generated videos included random words and sounds that were not part of my script, making them unusable. I made multiple attempts to use the service properly, but the issue persisted. Despite this, the company refused to provide a refund, citing their “non-refundable” policy, even though the service did not function as advertised. I did not download or use any of the content, and I even offered to have my account closed and data deleted, but they still declined to resolve the issue. Overall, this felt unfair. A non-refundable policy should not apply when the product doesn’t work correctly. I would advise others to be cautious before subscribing.

Very poor experience

Extremely poor experience. I will not recommend it. They charged me for a yearly subscription instead of a monthly(I thought its a UI glitch but I realise its not a coincidence after reading the comments here). I messaged the customer support in the next ten minutes, without using the credits. They declined refund, they were offering more tokens as compensation. Tried to use the product after they declined the refund, and the quality is terrible. I ask the characters to say two words and they say on purpose more, so I have to re generate.... Good luck

Very Unhappy

I am so unhappy with this service! Every generation and change costs 20-40 credits to and you are given 200 a month. AI makes so many mistakes, that it is impossible to create anything for the credits you pay for each month!! Please save your money and find a different movie generator.

It's probably a scam

It's probably a scam. I wanted a trial, it ended by charging me for an annual subscription of 89 pounds which i did not authorise. When i tried to contact them at the contact address given for help and support, i consistently got a blank. I had to call my credit card company and now they're dealing with the cancellation under Disputes. A terrble waste of time. Things like this should not be allowed to happen.

Rip off artists

I purchased a lite membership then upgraded to pro. The ai kept making the same mistakes over and over and admitted it, but kept charging me for the fixes. It told me to keep coping and email support. Support tried to lecture me on fairness .... fairness ????? You stole money from me. Stay away from this company.

Charged $100 for work that I've paid $30 for in the past. I notified them and told them to credit the balance. They have given me a new balance with additional credits. I will never do business with them, but can't seem to get my balance back.

Don't use

Don't use, scammers. When you cancel your subscription they will only cancel on the day it's meant to renew and take another payment from your bank. Absolutely disgusting. Robbers!!!

New Customer Burned through 600 Credits in 3 Hours and got no where all the videos being produced had issues and they charge you regardless sent an email today asking for a credit refund for all the failed videos we will see what happenes this week

In my opinion

In my opinion, it's almost like the AI is structure to purposely add in some detail you never asked for so you would be unsatisfied with the result. Then, in order for the AI to regenerate and correct its mistake you have to pay up more credits. I bought 200 credits and it didn't even produce one simple completed video for me.

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY! The worse customer service! I signed up for a 7 day free trail and I was dumb enough to provide my credit card information. I canceled in one day because their product is insufficient with quality and limited length of ai voice creation. When I requested a refund since I was in the seven day free trial period they said we don’t provide refunds. When I mentioned I am within the trail period there was no response from customer service.

Misleading subscription and refund refused

I intended to purchase a monthly subscription, but I was charged for an annual plan without clear notice. I requested a refund immediately after the payment, and I have not used the service at all. Despite this, the company refused to issue a refund and only offered credits. There is no proper customer support other than email, making it difficult to resolve the issue. This case is currently under chargeback dispute with my card issuer and has also been reported to consumer protection authorities. Please be cautious before subscribing.
