STAY AWAY — Billing error + service completely unusable I subscribed to the Lite annual plan advertised at $120/year on their website. They charged me $171 with no explanation — that's a $51 overcharge I never authorized. As for the service itself: the video generation is absolutely terrible. The quality is nothing like what they show on their website. The results are unusable for any professional or even personal use. Complete waste of money. I contacted their support — no real response, just an automated reply. I have now filed a formal complaint and initiated a chargeback through my bank. Do NOT trust this platform with your money. Their no-refund policy is hidden and they overcharge without notice. I strongly advise everyone to avoid them and use CapCut or another free tool instead.
I was charged $7 for a "free" trail when I tried to generate a short video, the results were poor and customer services are now refusing to refund me. Very poor service all round
My first experience was a simple request, replace a vehicle in a video with one that I provided in a picture. The 6 second video used half my credits (48) and resulted in a video that did not use the vehicle I provided, used a generic vehicle that was 2x too large for the original content, and looked like it was created by a first grader. When asked to regenerate with more specific prompts the service used the remaining credits I had and created a even worse version with a car the size of Godzilla, what waste of time and money.

In my experience, Deevid AI makes it very easy to lose paid tokens without receiving a proper service. They sell tokens, but even when their own system fails and the generated videos are unusable, the tokens are still deducted. In my case, their own AI support confirmed that there had been a system failure. However, customer service completely ignored my complaint and refused to refund the tokens. The support process felt like being passed from one AI agent to another, without any real responsibility or fair solution. Instead of addressing the problem, they simply avoided accountability. Be careful before paying: once your money is in the system, you may end up losing tokens for poor results caused by their own technical problems.
I had a monthly subscription and upgraded to have more credits. I was careful to select the monthly plan for the upgraded plan, also. The company, instead, processed a full yearly subscription amount. This was a significantly higher amount than the monthly plan amount deducted from my account. When I requested this be reversed / refunded they refused and offered credits to smooth the experience.
Very poor performance. They give you a test generation that works, and when you sign up the paid generations fail. When you ask for a refund they refuse because of a hidden company policy which is not stated. Their excuse, ai is not reliable so no refunds will be given. Great way to stand behind your product. There are plenty of other companies out there that will stand behind their product. Pick them instead of these guys, they will be out of business in no time
I thought I signed up for a monthly payment plan, but they took a years worth of charges up front. It worked OK for a while. but then my remaining credits disappeared. I was under the impression that we got a set number of credits each month, but now I'm not so sure if i will ever get any more credits. Of course, their customer service is non-existent. Seems like another Chineese rip-off of American technology.

Kept failing video, voice over generation while requesting more money to complete the project. Agent said it needed about 50 more credits to complete the 2 minute video - I already purchased 200. I purchased an additional 600 credits and the agent used 796 credits and still failed the entire project and requested more money. Absolute SCAM!
If I could give this platform ZERO stars, I would. It is NOT user-friendly; if you make any mistakes, it uses your credits right away. The amount of credits you get for the price is garbage!
Horrible AI platform. I joined about 5 days ago and the system worked great creating images and my initial project was successful. My second, it morphed characters from my AI story and converted all language from English to Japanese. They don't respond, they only have an AI bot and email, but no one gets back to you. I spent about $160 on their service and it's the worst money I have ever spent. I have asked for a refund multiple time with no response. I don't wish bad against anyone or any company, but this company is a rip off and need to start over from the ground up with customer service as the main focal. DeeVid AI is trash!
I would give them a 3 star maybe even a 4 star but when they STEAL leftover credits not used in a 30 day period they are just thieves and crooks.
If I could give them ZERO stars, I certainly would as they deserve that. Their program worked about half way and what they do not tell you is that it works on a credit system. I thought the $14 monthly cost for the program gave me full access. It did not!!! I made a quick birthday video, but the Ai got things wrong and when I tried to correct the few things, IT WOULD NOT WORK... do NOT utilize their DeeVid.Ai.... it is terrible!!!! What I wanted was very simple, however this Ai Video maker just could not do it properly. Use another program. And.... I contacted them for a refund and they would not issue one. I contacted paypal and showed them what everyone is saying about these jokers and they issued me a refund... BUYER BEWARE!!!
The video process started okay, but went downhill soon after. I asked the system to remove an item from the video and it failed to do so. I asked again and it failed to do so I had to ask a total of 4 times before the system finally understood. The monthly payment of $14 or a little over £10 said that the amount creates 400 images or 100 videos. The credit for $14.00 started at 198 and went down pretty quickly. I was charged for the system failures, misspelling, failed removals, and wrong images. I am now out of credit with no video. The overall process failed to create a useable sensible video (that makes sense). 👎 👎 👎
it is really bad and not ready for the market. alsmost a scam. by the way I use other ai to write the prompts just in case someone was wondering that im not giving good prompts. Im having long conversations with chat gpt to write the prompts and deevid just doesnt get it.
9 out of 10 of the results are terrible. It changes my original image even when i say to leave it as is. There isn't a monthly plan only annual which should have been a red flag for a bad product.
Cancelled my subscription and it still subbed and refused to refund me
