Value for money simply isn't there. The interface on DeeVid 2.0 is beyond terrible! The results from similar prompts is inconsistent at best. Driving continuity across videos is impossible.

Looks Great Until You Pay
I subscribed because the free trial produced surprisingly good results. That convinced me to pay. After subscribing, my experience was completely different. I spent hundreds of credits trying to create a single historical scene. Using the same workflow, similar prompts and character references, the results became extremely inconsistent. The model frequently ignored prompts, changed dialogue, altered character actions and produced scenes that were completely unusable. The biggest problem is that every failed generation still consumes the full amount of credits. It is incredibly easy to spend hundreds of credits without finishing even one usable scene. I contacted support requesting a refund. Instead of reviewing my case, I received what appeared to be a generic reply quoting the refund policy and refusing any refund. My advice: do not assume the quality you get with the free trial is what you will consistently receive after subscribing. Be very careful before spending money, especially if your project requires consistent characters, accurate dialogue and reliable prompt adherence. I regret subscribing and cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

The reference section yields the best results; other than that, my problem is that the generator often creates images that are completely in error from what is in the prompt.
The Fast V2.0 model is amazing.
I am not a huge fan of the newer models but the Fast V2.0 model is an amazing way to get image transition sequences and dirt cheap compared to the crazy price hype recently

I've had a great experience with DeeVid AI. The quality of the output can be excellent when you provide a clear and well structured prompt. If you invest a little time in describing exactly what you want, the results are often impressive. One thing to pay attention to is text within images. If your design includes words, check them carefully, as spelling or typography can occasionally be inaccurate. Being very specific in your prompt helps reduce these issues. Overall, if you write a good prompt and review any embedded text, you'll likely be very happy with the outcome.
Jaw dropping animations that are straightforward to produce.
A superb AI application for animating photos that I find straightforward to use once I worked out the way you select the type of output you want. In practice I found the quickest and the cheapest output, albeit 5 second long were outstanding. I use these clips in films I produce in Final Cut Pro; just drop them in and watch the magic. Jaw dropping stuff

No refunds for frequent bad results
Most of the results I get are pretty good. However, I get a large number of renderings that clearly do not accurately respond to the prompts I provide, even though the prompts are perfectly valid (as demonstrated by most other results). I communicate with the company about this in order to get credits refunded, and I get nothing but pushback. I have yet to have a single credit refunded. This is unacceptable given the high price of this service.

Absolutely awful. I would not recomment this software. Very expensive to use. It generates awful results and then charges again and again for improving their poor images.
Unusable AI videos and refund refused
I subscribed after watching the promotional videos, but the actual service was extremely disappointing. The generated avatar speaks far too fast, making the videos almost impossible to understand. I tried multiple prompts and settings, but despite using my credits, I was never able to produce a single usable video. I contacted customer support to request a refund because the service simply did not work as advertised. Instead of acknowledging the poor quality of the output, they refused my request by hiding behind their Terms of Service and a "non-refundable" policy. Paying customers deserve a product that works and support that takes responsibility when it doesn't. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Went on Deevid to create a weather report video for my families upcoming vacation. Gave it a specific script, Gemini generated prompt cover Iceland and Northern Europe, all seemed pretty tight. What I got was mispronounced and located countries, an attempt to turn our cruise into a bike tour covering southern Europe and Croatia, and other assorted garbage. Not a problem, I'll just have it fix what it admitted was it's mistakes. And as long as I'll pay more credits to fix what it did wrong it would be happy to address the problems. WTF?

Do NOT give your credit card details to this company. I am waiting for three refunds for debits they have taken without my permission. The AI software itself is clunky and it doesn't understand clear prompts
Disappointed with the and requesting a refund
subscribed to DeeVid AI because I expected to receive the features and quality that were advertised. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I canceled my subscription, but I was later charged again without expecting it, which was very frustrating. After the most recent charge, I requested a refund, but my request was denied. In addition, I tried to contact customer support by phone, but I was unable to reach anyone, and the phone number did not appear to be working. The videos and overall service did not meet my expectations, and I do not believe the service provided was worth the price. I hope the company improves its customer support, billing practices, and the quality of its product. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
Very poor finished results
Very poor finished results. I had to spend over 200 credits to try and get one usable 5 second video clip that was very basic. Wording was spelled wrong, un-natural movements on people in the video and the people spoke in gibberish that was not understandable. Not worth the pricing and the support is nonexistent.

Deevid is draconian in their treatment of customers who they are ripping off. No refund at all even though their product doesn't work at all. I asked for a refund less than 24 hours after my purchase because, when I tried to generate a 6-second video, it made 12 videos as if by magic, using up all of my credits. And then they said I needed to buy more. This awful company will not succeed.
