I purchased a Basic account granting me 200 credits. The system stepped me through a 45 second video of how it outlined and wanted to build the video based on prompts, charging me 6 credits per step. Ok not bad. At no time did it give me an accurate total credit estimation, (which came out to roughly 260 credits, nor the option to "Add more credits". Instead when I reached my 200 monthly allotted credits, the entire process stopped cold and required more credits, which the only way to get more credits, was to upgrade from my $14 a month plan, to $35 a month. So begrudgingly since I need this commercial for my business, I agreed to a higher monthly plan. But instead of paying the difference, for the next level plan to get the last remaining 60 credits that I needed, it charged me a full $35. When I inquired with the message bot, about more credits, it told me the only way to get more credits, is to buy the $120 a month full plan. Meaning the entire site pushes the users to the most expensive plan by default, and uses up your credits on your first project.
This is a disgusting abuse and needs to be fixed.
I don't remember signing up for DeeVid and does not suit my needs. I have barely used the service, yet I’ve continued to be charged monthly. I’ve also tried to cancel my subscription several times, but my requests have not been acknowledged, which has been very frustrating. I would appreciate the subscription being cancelled and a refund for the charges made after my cancellation requests. I hope DeeVid improves its cancellation process and customer support experience.

Half way through a video the seaguls in the background started flying backwards! Then I had to repay to try to re-render it. About the only thing consistent is the one off image generation and watching your tokens go down for unusable content. No refund available so DON'T GET A SUBSCRIPTION! (unless you like watching your tokens go down for unusable content)
Output very good. Performance reasonable. Functionality ok . Consistent characters and buildings missing.
Given the current state of technology I find the quality of the output very good. I use Deevid to repair very small, or very bad pictures from the sixties and seventies. It does a marvelous job at that. Also converting pictures to videos yields generally nice results. I especially like the fact that you can launch multiple jobs overlapping each other, so you don't have to wait for the first one to complete before you can do the second;
Points to improve:
- I wish you could define a real world person by feeding lots of pictures of that person, so that the AI knows what the person looks like from all angles. And of course that you could save that person for future use.
- Same for buildings or properties in general
- the above features would make it possible to create an entire movie that is consistent.
- About 10% of the work fails to complete and I have to do a regeneration
- The speed appears to get better
It’s absolutely terrible! The pricing is not accurate, there’s extremely high hidden costs and the AI ignores instructions you give. Customer service is useless and they refuse to give refunds. They also change name to avoid legal consequenses! Please DO NOT waste your money on it!
Sometimes the videos are very fake and even though I write to not make a video of some history of Jesus in a religious way, only historic, it always creates religious image of Jesus
Extremely disappointing – wasted money and credits
Very poor experience with this tool. I paid for a monthly subscription and could only generate 2 videos. The quality is bad and it constantly makes spelling mistakes in the text, which completely ruins the video.
Because of these mistakes, the generated videos become unusable and the credits are wasted. Then you are forced to buy more credits just to try again.
For the price they charge, this is unacceptable. I expected much better for a paid subscription. Would not recommend.
I absolutely love using Deevid AI to allow my images to come alive. I use it to assemble image for a video that tells the story of each of the 64 archetypes of my Star Psychology adventure.
With the correct prompts it delivers almost 100 percent of the time!
I keep contacting the company because the video I am creating keeps using wording I didn't write. Each correction consumes my credits. I wrote to them, and they just ignore me and say that I have to use my credits to correct it. So I did, and the wording is still wrong after 3 corrections and fewer credits.
This tool complements an organized workflow; if you don't know how to craft prompts or create work outlines, the tool might not be very precise, though it has worked very well for me.
Everything that I asked for there were many mistakes. I tried to work with them and they took away 140 of my credits unable to fix anything at all after paying a year supply and that happening to me I emailed them to request my refund a full complete refund. I doubt that it will happen. I give one star not even a star at all. I can’t believe this what a shame.
It is very efficient if you are exact in instructing what you want. The only part is that if you did not give the correct instructions, you are stuck with what you get and have to spend more to get another
