Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers find the platform quite useful for creating images and videos, appreciating the high quality results when it works properly. People enjoy exploring its diverse features and note that the tool offers fun and creative ways to generate digital content.
Some reviewers were not happy with the strict credit system and unexpected subscription costs. Customers mentioned that frequent mistakes made by the software consume expensive credits without offering refunds or easy corrections. Users also noted that getting desired results often requires precise prompts and sometimes leads to unexpected errors during generation.
The performance and outcome is far from what we expected, and what we are paying for.
Credit burns out really fast because the outcome is not what we expected, and we will have to keep amending it. Credit is deducted for each amendment.
They keep modifying the original image even though we asked them not to. It's just wasting your credit like a scam.
Support was not helpful at all. And there is no refund policy.
WARNING: My Negative Experience With DeeVid AI — Annual Subscription Issue
I purchased a one-year paid subscription to DeeVid AI in May 2026. After using the service for approximately two months, I received a prompt indicating that I needed to purchase additional credits—approximately $20 for a month or $120 for a year.
I contacted customer support repeatedly because I had already paid for a 12-month subscription. Their explanation was that the subscription includes a limited number of credits each month, and once those credits are exhausted, I must wait until the following month for them to reset.
This was extremely frustrating and, in my opinion, was not made sufficiently clear when I purchased the annual subscription. I believed I was purchasing 12 months of usable service, not a plan where I could exhaust my allotted usage and then be unable to continue using the service unless I waited for credits to reset or paid additional money.
I requested a refund for the unused portion of my annual subscription. DeeVid AI has refused my request. I paid for 12 months, used the service for only about two months, and I believe I should be refunded for the unused portion if the service does not meet what I reasonably understood I was purchasing.
I have gone back and forth with customer support trying to resolve this matter. At this point, after numerous complaints and communications, I am extremely dissatisfied with both the subscription structure and the customer service I have received.
Because the company has refused my refund request, I intend to contact my bank and dispute the appropriate portion of the charge. I will provide my bank with my purchase records, the subscription terms available to me, and my correspondence with DeeVid AI so the bank can independently review the matter.
My advice to prospective customers: Before purchasing a DeeVid AI annual subscription, carefully investigate exactly how its credit system works, how many credits you receive each month, what happens when those credits are exhausted, and what the company's refund policy is.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend DeeVid AI. I paid for an annual subscription expecting a year's worth of service, and after only about two months I found myself dealing with credit limitations, requests for additional payment, a denied refund, and an extremely frustrating customer-support experience.
BUYER BEWARE: Read all of the subscription and credit limitations carefully before paying for an annual plan.
DeeVid AI Support,
You have completely ignored my repeated attempts to obtain assistance regarding a service that I paid for and that your company has failed to provide to my satisfaction.
I purchased a 12-month subscription and used the service for approximately two months. Since then, I have experienced ongoing limitations and glitches with your app, while my repeated attempts to resolve this matter through your customer support have gone unanswered.
As of today, I am in the process of disputing this charge with my bank. I am seeking recovery of the appropriate portion of the $120 annual subscription charge representing approximately 10 months of unused service.
I am providing my bank with documentation of my annual subscription, payment records, the problems I experienced with the service, and my communications showing my repeated attempts to resolve this matter directly with DeeVid AI.
This is no longer a warning that I may contact my bank. The dispute process is now underway.
Your failure to respond to a paying customer and resolve this matter has left me with no reasonable alternative but to pursue recovery through my financial institution.
If DeeVid AI wishes to resolve this matter directly, you should respond immediately and address the unused portion of my annual subscription.
DeeVid demonstrates great skill in animating human characters. Facial features and physiques are generally well-rendered.
From what I can see, the AI model is improving over time.
I am extremely disappointed with DeeVid AI.
I have now had two separate video generations fail to follow the provided inputs and instructions, with 60 credits charged for each generation. That is 120 credits wasted on outputs that were essentially unusable.
In my latest attempt, I uploaded both a reference image and my own song audio and gave very detailed instructions that the uploaded audio had to be used as the exact performance audio. Instead, the generated video did not perform my song correctly at all. The system produced something completely different from the audio I supplied.
This is especially frustrating because the interface allows users to upload audio as a reference, which reasonably creates the expectation that the model will actually use it.
Charging 60 credits for a generation that completely fails to follow such a fundamental instruction is unacceptable, particularly when there is no meaningful protection for the customer when the failure is clearly on the generation side.
I have already lost credits on two failed videos, not because I changed my mind about the result, but because the system simply did not do what it was instructed to do.
There should be an automatic refund or credit restoration mechanism for obvious failed generations.
At this point, I cannot recommend paying for DeeVid unless the company improves input adherence and provides refunds for generations that fail this badly.
I tried to make my first video and when I reviewed the first scene it was terrible so I stopped. I told them I wanted to cancel but they said it is non refundable. They said they would give me 20 extra credits so I went back and started another very short simple video. I didn’t get ten seconds completed and they stopped production saying I was out of credits and had to pay more to complete. Do not sign up with these guys.
I signed up for Deevid Ai a few months back. I got the entry level plan for 200 credits a month. I realize now the 200 credits do not roll over into the next month which feels a bit scammy unfortunately and not a fan of that policy. Most of the images I have generated are adequate for temporary placeholder art but it is not really suitable for the intended purpose
This AI for the most part delivers what you prompt. You never really know what to expect, so when it turns out the way you wanted or better, it's like "Hey That's Great!"
I have been using Deevid for two years and up to now have been relatively satisfied. Recently I've been using the Music feature, and as of mid-August choosing a male gender voice on a song results in a female voice. Support is non-responsive,
In addition, I paid for an annual membership. Four months into my 2nd year, Deevid locked me out of half of the features I was using and prompted me to sign up for another year for the features I had been using.
For what I needed Deevid worked well. My only complaint is that it doesn't always adhere to descriptions that you write. It sometimes seems to misunderstand instructions, even simple ones. Hopefully this is something that will improve with time.
