Absolutely awful company
Ordered a dress for prom. Late delivery by several weeks due to Chinese New year. When dress arrived it was BROWN. We had ordered RED. Material was poor quality. The fit was poor and not as advertised. We were offered half our money back and could keep the dress but as it was horrible and no chance of it getting worn we said no and returned the dress which we had to pay for (£15) even though it was their mistake of sending the wrong colour dress. Several months later it landed back on my door step. Royal mail tracker said no one would sign for it so it was left in a depot waiting for it to be collected, which never happened. So was sent back to me. Dido bridal have since moved and gave me another address to try again so fool that I was I sent it again. Guess what......again it has not be accepted. Obviously to accept would mean they have to refund my money. If this were a UK company Ann Robinson would be in her element! The moral of the tale is DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL GET MORE FULFILMENT THROWING YOUR MONEY DOWN THE TOILET!

So I placed an order for a flower girl dress. I had a difficult time contacting them about my order because the dresses are made in China. They are copies of other maker's dresses. Although they are a legitimate company I get the impression there is a sweatshop somewhere in China. The dress arrived a few days after I requested its due date. I tacked on extra time in case the dress needed alterations. Although I did not trust the site I gave them a try. I emailed to follow-up with final date. They requested an extension of a few days. The dress arrived as promised only problem is they used cheaper material then original dress. Quality is a problem. .take it from me it's better somewhere else
BEAUTIFUL!
I ordered 3 of the Sweetheart Chiffon Dresses for my bridesmaids and they are BEAUTIFUL! The quality is fantastic, colours are so pretty and the sizing was pretty spot on to the website. Highly recommend these dresses and have all ready recommended Didobridal to family and friends that are looking for a pretty dress. Love them - thanks you,
Nicer than expected
I ordered the dress four weeks ago,and today I received my dress as the seller promised.The dress was the same as the picture,it's beautiful with good fabric,quality and unique decoration.Meanwhile,it fits perfect,I love it so much.
Very disappointing
I purchased a bridesmaid dress to check the quality of the dress, it arrived after 4 weeks and was ok. Soon after, I ordered several more identical dresses- they were a significantly different shade to the original one. After showing my bridesmaids the dresses they agreed we needed to get another dress (from the same batch of fabric) instead of using the dress originally purchased. I contacted dido to let them know of my situation and they assured me that new dress would arrive in time for the big day. Not only did the final dress arrive after the wedding (9 weeks after paying for it) but when I asked for a refund for it ($140 dress), they replied that all they could do was give me a $10 refund. Not good enough. All of the dresses were custom made and all needed significant alterations to be done after they arrived.
saving my money
I was very nervous to buy my wedding dress online but i think this is the only way of saving my money,This dress is lovely & all my friends and my family saw it love them so much for the price i told them i purchased this no one wants to believe and they thinking im kidding.the dress itself is amazing, excellent fit and totally perfect,All in all, and especially for the price the dress is great!!thanks so much didobridal you made me so much excited to show them all on my wedding dress.;)
Love The Junior Bridesmaid Dresses
This dress arrived very quickly, and in immaculate condition. The colour was exactly as described (Sage Green). Materials and dressmaking were absolutely top quality - the chiffon falls softly, floating beautifully over the satin skirt. My daughter wore it to her Junior School Graduation, and received nothing but compliments all night. Many of the other parents wanted to know where I had bought the dress, and I was happy to pass on that information
BEWARE THE SCAM!
Do not order from this place!! We ordered 5 bridesmaids dresses and paid extra for custom sizing. They all arrived absolutely nothing like the pictures, different material, different lining, poor stitching, hems not aligned, hems unfinished, incorrect measurements. Not one of the dresses fit. Some were too big, some could not even be zipped up they were so tight. We sent endless picutres showing how the dresses looked on, showing the dresses on the website against the actual dresses and showing measuring tape around the measurements proving they were incorrect to the measurements we ordered. Their response was that this must be impossible. They refused to refund or accept responsibility in any way. They also took an unauthorised payment out of our credit card for 'currency conversion', days after the original transaction. There was no record or statement for this. Beware!! An utter scam.
AWFUL!!!
Do NOT order from this company!!! I ordered a rose colored dress and I was sent a black one!!! I followed their refund request policy by e-mailing them with pictures and their processing e-mail to show them that they messed up. Their response: keep the "beautiful" dress and thanks for your understanding. I have tried to e-mail them 3 times since and they will NOT acknowledge my request!! I wish I would have read the reviews first because this company is TERRIBLE!!! Please, save your money and do business with a reliable company!!!
DO NOT USE!!
First bridesmaid dress arrived about 6 inches too short (practically elf size) and wrong colour! While my friend (the bride) changed her wedding colour scheme to fit the dress and banged her head against the wall that was supposedly 'customer service', I decided to save her considerable time and stress by ordering a new dress myself. Well, where to start- different colour, poor quality, the left hip seam is much higher than the right, material all bunches where incorrectly stitched- unwearable. Dido bridal's response? 'Please be satisfied with your great product. Have a nice day'. They have since ignored all correspondence. To add insult to injury, I have now been billed £16 by fed ex as they didn't pay tax out of the $40 I gave them for postage. Disgraceful. We have been left several hundred £s out of pocket, very upset and running to the high street in search of wearable dresses. Wish I had looked them up first as I see many others have had similar experiences. They don't even deserve a 1 star rating. Please take heed- and spread the word!!!!!
What a lot of rubbish!
I have just received a dress from this company and words can't describe how awful it is. The material looks cheap and the length,which was described on their site as just below the knee would probably fit someone 4 feet tall! As I'm 5ft 6in it fitted me like a mini! I ordered it for my daughters wedding so very disappointed! I emailed the company for a refund but have yet to receive a satisfactory reply.

These people ruined my wedding party my bridesmaids dresses were poorly made and one of my bridesmaids couldn't be in the wedding because her dress was made two sizes small and then when they promised to ship another one out for my wedding it arrived 2 days after my wedding I warn anyone never order your bridesmaid's dress online unless it's from a legit company like David's Bridal I will be posting this info everyday until they refund my bridesmaid her money!!!

I ordered 2x bridesmaid dresses on the 9th May 2014, and they arrived perfectly in Australia on the 30th May 2014. The quality is fantastic and the colour is exactly as per the swatch. Both dresses fit perfectly as we ordered the custom sizing. I was a little skeptical as they were coming from China so I ordered with plenty of time but there was zero issues. I recommend them to anyone looking for decently priced BM dresses and I would use them again.
Refused to refund my money, even thought the product was absolutely terrible!
We ordered a bridesmaid dress through DidoBridal about 2.5 months prior to the big day. It took an extremely long time to arrive (6 weeks) so by the time it got here, we only had 4 weeks until the wedding. When the bridesmaid tried the dress on, it looked AWFUL. The sewing was zig-zagging along the lines of the dress, there was a STAIN on the inside of the dress, it was completely too big for her, the cut was awful and it had breast pads that were closer to her shoulders than the mark. Straight away we wrote to them and requested to send back the dress and get a refund. But what did they tell us? That we should just pay to get the dress drycleaned and get the stitching fixed ourselves. They've refused to give our money back to us, despite photo evidence of the awful quality. Now we are having to get a seamstress to re-make the dress with the same fabric. Thanks a lot Didobridal for adding to the stress of my big day and being completely unreasonable and criminal!

I have bought a evening dress for my girlfriend, Firstly a little worried to see so many bad reviews, then catch their customer service team, they talked to me by many emails. Finally determine to buy one. Unbelievable, the quality is great, my girl love it so much and kiss me so excited. Thank you Didobridal.
Absolutely terrible!!
This company is a joke. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM! I recently purchased what I thought was a dress from this company and the description even stated it was a dress. I get it in the mail and it is a jumpsuit. Also I ordered a size bigger than what I wear and they send me a dress that is too small. They ask for proof with pictures to prove they screwed up. I have sent more than enough pictures showing the size is 5 inches off and how I was deceived. They will not respond to me anymore. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Do not buy from them!!! Save your self from dealing with this mess.
DO NOT BUY FROM DIDOBRIDAL
I was initially very impressed with Dido Bridal and their offering for bridesmaids dresses, and the cheapest going! Well that should have been my first warning signal that in order to churn out dresses that cheaply, the rest of their business must be shocking and it is. They were very helpful in sending me swatches (and then subsequently chasing me up for an order - they actually called my mobile from China can you believe it?!). I eventually chose my 2 dresses and ordered them in line with the sizing chart on their website. Well, the size 10 was ginormous as was the size 8. I am usually a size 10 dress and both swamped me. However because they were so cheap I didn't mind accepting that I would have to pay a seamstress to take them in and i'd rather that than them being so small they couldn't be let out. Anyway, I thought all was well until I had my bridesmaids round to try the dresses on and one of them (light green chiffon) had a large blue biro mark down the back! I'm getting married abroad so the dresses will be under bright natural daylight and a line of pen on one of them just wasn't acceptable. So I began an email conversation with someone from the site who in every email reply told me 'but it's not noticeable'. I'll be the judge of that thank you and I can't believe they think it acceptable to have sent a dress which is clearly flawed. I even quoted their own T&Cs which state that "If regrettably you find our dresses have the following issues that could not meet your requirements, you have the rights to return the dress to get a refund." "•Defective, damaged or miss shipped items. " Well a refund wasn't offered to me and instead I was told to get it dry cleaned to see if that sorted it. The customer care was awful and I'm so upset at the prospect of having to try and remedy the problem - in hindsight I wish I'd spent a little bit more money to get a better product. Do not buy from this website unless you expect to be disappointed.
