Ordered 4 Bridesmaid dresses. 3 out of 4 were just fine. The 4th was supposed to be a size 8, however it was smaller than the size 6 dress. When i looked at the size was actually a 2!!! The shady part was that you could see bleeding ink in the tag from where someone from dido changed the 2 to look like an 8. After emailing back and forth with Michelle from their 'customer support' they won't do a damn thing about it. Don't buy anything from this company they are not willing to fix any mistakes that they make.
I ordered a size 6 & 12 for my sisters bridesmaid dresses. The 12 fits my sister who's a 6 I now have 2 yellow dresses I have no use for. Ive sent them two messages on facebook wondering how to return them for a refund and its been 3 days and still no responds. As it stands im out $230. I do not recommend this company at all!!
Out of all the online purchases I've made, didobridal has been the worst!
It has been the first time that I went to make the payment, having it fail and taking me to an error page, while also processing my payment (called my credit card company), and I did not receive any order confirmation or receipt.
I called my credit card company and they told me to call back if I don't receive my order after 30 days and they'll take care of it.
I fear the worst for the company and will be keeping an eye on my credit card statements in case I receive any unwarranted charges in the future.
Btw: Lots of the positive reviews online and on their website look so fake.
I ordered my bridesmaid dress this past thursday, I had some issues with the page after I made my payment, but checked my online statement and it was charged correctly. I have sent many e-mails, tried to call several times and also try to use the live chat to ask them for an ETA of my dress and I don't get any response, i was getting nervous thinking the website is just a scam but reading these positive reviews just calm me a little, if/when i receive my dress I´ll make another update about quality and ETA
After reading some reviews on here I must say I had my concerns, however decided to take the chance and boy did it pay off! These dresses are amazing quality and the turn around time was only 2.5 weeks delivered to me in Australia. I couldn't ask for anything more. The sizes are all perfect- 2 of them were custom and the bridesmaids are very happy with how they fit and look. I cannot praise this company enough for the high quality products they have made for me. I can now rest assured that my bridesmaids will look as amazing as I'd hoped thanks to Dido! :)
After searching locally and country wide, finding nothing that would work within the girls budget I turned to purchasing dresses online. I have never bought anything online, and I was extremely nervous knowing the girls wouldn't be able to try them on first. After finding the perfect style for my destination wedding, I ordered samples of the top four fabrics I liked. I received them within 8 business days of my order, which was excellent timing. Once I had the colour selected, I placed the order with DidoBridal for three dresses in the watermelon colour. I was concerned regarding the bad reviews online and on the FB page, however I gave myself ample time just in case something did happen. I ordered the dresses on Dec 2, 2013, and I received them today Dec 27, 2013. The timing was excellent, received status updates via email, and Michelle from the service department followed up after DHL tried to drop them off on the 24th and I wasn't home.
I was so nervous about how the dresses would look, but when I opened the package and found three stunning bright coral dresses that look like the picture on the website and the quality looks great. So happy with my experience, thank you Didobridal.

Biggest mistake of my wedding planning experience!
I ordered all of my bridesmaids dresses from this site, I was so excited when I found them... They were Mori Lee knock-offs for about $50 less a dress. So I ordered them and got them a week later in a completely wrong color. I ordered a dark purple color and received a fuchsia ( a bright pink). So I tried to ask to return them for a different/ the right color and the companies customer service is being completely rude toward me and they wont own up that the color I received is not the one on the color chart. I am now less that ten weeks away from my wedding, $350 in the hole, and in need of Five bridesmaid dresses in the right colors. Future Brides... save some heartache and spend the extra money at the bridal stores. This website has ruined my experience and now I am at an utter loss at what to do!

According to the photos you sent and the color chart on our site, the color of your dresses is correct. Ordered my wedding dress from didodridal. I was worried as i had been let down by another company already but i had no need to worry. Every email was returned within 24 hours and i was able to chat online before ordering. I had the dress custom made and even had detail added to the dress which they were more than happy to do. I am extremely happy with the service i have received and shall be recommending them to my friends for their wedding. So in love with my dress!
I ordered 2 bridesmaid dresses, and they look nothing like the pictures. They were cheaply made and fit poorly. One of the dresses also had a stain or was discolored.
I spoke with Dido bridal about returning the dresses, and they wanted to see pictures of the problems. Once I sent the pictures in they still said there was nothing wrong, and they would not refund my money. They even went so far as to say I should have the dress dry cleaned! Like I would ever buy a new dress and then take it to be cleaned.
Bottom line the dresses are horrible and the customer service is even worse. You might as just throw your money away if you are thinking from ordering from DidoBridal.

Love my dress! I just received it today and couldn't be more pleased. I was kind of apprehensive ordering my wedding dress online but it's perfect! I'm 5'11" and the length and fit are perfect! I got the shipping confirmation on Saturday and it was delivered on Wednesday. I have already recommended this company to a friend and I have my eye on another gorgeous evening gown I will be ordering soon for our honeymoon cruise!
I ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses from Didobridal and have just received them in the post. I was very nervous about them considering some very bad reviews I have read but I gave it a shot seeing as the dresses were SO much cheaper than purchasing from a bridal store in Aus.
The dresses were delivered within 4 weeks and they look great! the colour is great (slightly darker than i expected due to the lining but still really nice) and the quality is really good. My bridesmaids haven't tried them on yet so not sure if the measurements are perfect but they look the right sizes. I am very happy with the dresses for the price we paid and think they will look great in the wedding. I also got really fast responses to all my email queries and found them quite helpful.
I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews - if you are looking to purchase cheap dresses online (knowing that they are not original designs) then I think it is worth it - I was looking for simple bridesmaid dresses on a tight budget. If you are looking for designer dresses then i think you are expecting too much. I was aware that this compay replicates the designs pictured on the website and ordered them very early in case they did not turn out as I expected. I also ordered some fabric samples to get the colour right. I would definitley suggest ordering them with plenty of time (I ordered 5 months before my wedding) in case something goes wrong.

I ordered a dress from dido bridal and they delivered the dress incorrectly (color and size). I complained to them and they were forcing me to buy the dress anyway rather than refund me the money! It took over two months for them finally to refund me the money after I mentioned to them tha I would involve my lawyer for not being transparent on their website in regards to the refund terms.
My suggestion is DO NOT buy from them. Quality is awful and all what they want is your money. Typical Chinese! - Kapi

I ordered one of their dresses last year to see whether it would be suitable as bridesmaids dresses for my wedding. The dress was well made and matched the image on the site pretty well, although the sizing was completely off! After a fair bit of pondering, I decided to go ahead and order 3 more of the SAME dresses (and at the same time, I ordered a completely different dress for a friend who's wedding I will be in next year, as I recommended dido bridal to her).
Unfortunately, all four of the dresses I ordered were far from what I expected to receive. The dress I ordered for my bridesmaids was a very simple design- what I received was far too different from the original dress I received in my first order. Thinking they would fix the problems, I contacted them via e-mail with photographic evidence.
Whilst they admitted that the dresses were different to the image on the webpage, they REFUSED to compensate me in any way. After several e-mails back and forth, they still refused to refund or re-make the dresses and offered me a '$20 coupon'.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE IF YOU ARE EXPECTING ALL OF YOUR DRESSES TO LOOK THE SAME. ALSO DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE IF YOU EXPECT THE DRESSES TO LOOK LIKE THE PHOTOGRAPHS.
What was even worse was that the fourth dress I ordered for my friend looked NOTHING like the image at all. There was meant to be a sheer material, running across the neckline which was not sheer at all, there were meant to be a diamante strap running down the back of the dress which was not included at all!
If anyone from Dido Bridal is to stumble across this I simply just say,
"thank you for your understanding!!!"

There are reviews that say Dido Bridal is terrible and and others that say its perfect. After my thought process I decided to give it a try as it was cheap and I had alot of time in case it all went wrong. In my case it paid off (kindof) but I still cant offer peace of mind. I too spend alot of time going back and forth to make sure my order was correct and en route. This was a real pain especially with the time difference but the service was polite and helpful. However, when the order arrived (totally on time) one of the dresses was completely wrong. I had asked for 1 junior bridesmaid dress of the style I had for the rest, without bra cups etc and this was discussed in length before the order was placed. When the order arrived this dress was way too big for my niece and the bra cups were in there but shouldnt have been. This meant that I had to pay more than I paid dido bridal for the dress in the first place to get this all changed in the UK. However I am of course pleased that it was too big and not too small otherwise it would have been a disaster! I did contact dido bridal about this and ask for a partial refund and they told me that they will give me credit on the next order i place - clearly this doesnt help me as there is no way i intend to order from them again. I think its a tough choice, if you want personalised and cheap and have the time then go ahead and order but it really is anyones guess whether it works out. I couldnt breathe until the order arrived as i had read such awful reviews like wrong dresses arriving! good luck!
Please Do Not use this site to order anything important unless you don't mind wasting your time and money. I ordered a Mother of the Bride Dress, months in advance of my daughter's Wedding. They take your money and run away. I had to track and email them constantly to see where my dress was in production. It took forever for anyone to get back and then just by email barely two weeks before the date. The dress finally arrived and What a Disaster!!!! The dress fit but the jacket was meant for a child. The arm holes at the shoulder were only 4 inches in diameter. Even five year olds would have difficulty wearing a jacket this poorly made. I tried many times to resolve this with the Company, while having to run out and buy another dress for the Wedding. My daughter at first was going to buy all five bridesmaid dresses and her own from here but I wanted her to wait and see how my experience went. Thank God that I did. The quality of the finishing was passable, not great, but they know nothing about sizing correctly or after purchase Customer Service. I would never reccommend this site to anyone. There are many more, reputable sites on the Internet. Stay away from this one.
I had the best experience with Didobridal. My dress was a rush for my best friends wedding. It was on-time. Fit nice per the measurements I sent.....and it was beautiful!!! They stayed in contact with me on the shipping instructions. I never worried after I sent my payment; that's how it should be. I would refer Didobridal to all my friends!!!!
As I am planning a very strict budget wedding I needed to find somewhere that had beautiful bridesmaid dresses for a good price. I found some dresses in my local bridal shop that were WAY too expensive so decided to look online. I bought my wedding dress on line with great success so started looking all over the net for the same type of dresses. Which I found through DidoBridal for $220 cheaper! I sent them a lot of questions as I was after a very particular purple. They were quick and efficient with their answers. Ordered all the dresses and they all turned up 3 weeks later (quicker than expected). We had ordered 3 as custom sizing and fit perfectly. 1 was just a basic size 10 and will need some alterations but still a perfect dress! Would recommend this company to anyone as long as you are strict with your order.
