Initially communication not a strong point, but having spoken to them not a worry in the world.
My Daughter found the site seemed to good to be true. And good is what it is. However you must do your measuring properly. Remember many of these dresses need to be tight to fit properly. Ours looks superb - but a good rather than a perfect fit because we fudged the measurements. Its exactly the size we ordered.
Initially I had to chase the acknowledgement of the order but once I spoke to their web chat person everything went smoothly including delivery.
Would buy another dress from them.

A few of my friends and I ordered the same dress for a wedding we are in at the end of may. The color didn't match up to what was provided online. The bride decided against it, because it didn't match up to the colors of her wedding and wasn't what she chose. When I emailed to see if I could return the dress and get a refund I was declined. I even showed the pictures side by side of the mismatching colors. They said that that is typical for their different "batches", but will not give a refund because they were the same color... which anyone who isn't colorblind would see that they did not match up. There is no warning on the website that different "batches" have the possibility of an off color than provided. Even if I could return it, I would still have to pay out the butt for shipping. I will NEVER order from this website ever again.
My experience with Didobridal was wonderful from start to finish. They have an amazing range to choose from, my wedding gown arrived exactly as it looked on the website and it fit perfectly. The shipping time was actually a little bit less than expected and the price was exceptional. I saved myself a lot of time and thousands of dollars by ordering my dress online and it was definitely worth it. I would gladly recommend Didobridal to anyone looking for their wedding or formal dress.

I recently bought 4 bridesmaids dresses coz it was fantastic offer and beautiful quality product and even with delivery i knew i can save some money ;) as a bride to be i was a bit worry it is always a risk when u order from website but there was something about it that i knew it will be fine :) And when they arrive i was so nervous but excited at the same time... and now the truth... Dresses was absolutely fab i didn't expect that perfect colors, so well made.. i was in tears giggling like a little girl and screaming at the same time ssssssssssssso happy! Now i can't wait for my wedding day :)

I brought two dresses from dido bridal custom made to fit my size the one that fitted was so short and the other 1 I could a fitted 3 of me in it. both of the dresses where nothing like the picture. the detail ing was nothing like the picture looked very cheaply done. both dresses where unwearable a total waste of money. when contacted by the sales team to try to resolve the issue of the dresses you will not get your money back don't even bother it is a total waste of time and effort you would be better off going out and buying a plastic bag to wear it will look a lot better than these dresses will now I'm stuck to terrible dresses

Very happy with the whole Dido team and love, love love the dresses!
They sent me three stunning dresses which I am very happy with. The whole experience was positive and every step of the way the Dido team were there to answer my questions. The only downside of my order was that the bows we fake on the dresses and sitched on as a last minute thought. This is mainly due to a tight time constaint which I fully understand. However because the product was of such an amazingly high qaulity I am still extremely happy with my Dido bridesmaid dresses. I would recomend Dido Bridal to anyone looking at ordering dresses online.
I was very worried about ordering 3 bridesmaids dresses with wedding coming up in 3 months but dresses arrives on time, the quality of dresses were very good and colour was just as I pictured. I would happlily order from dido bridal again!
Was worried I wouldn't get my bridesmaid dress on time and really had a time finding out how to contact the company (email was the best mode), but it all worked out. Not so much for some of the other bridesmaids. :-(
Very difficult to work with while planning a wedding.
It was very hard to communicate with anyone about their products etc. The shipping is far too expensive, making the great deals on the dresses not really worth it. I ordered only color swatches (very small item) to try to match my wedding colors and they took over a month to receive not to mention the shipping was far more than i paid for the swatches themself. Very large time ranges to process an order and have it shipped. Although once we complained SEVERAL times about our order, my dresses for my bridesmaids came rather quickly. Unfortunately the final product was just OK to me, nothing great about them. We have also been having difficulty with the zipper on only some of the dresses which is very frustrating. Will not do business here again.
I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE YOU NEVER SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON ABOUT YOUR ORDER, PLUS MY DRESS WAS MADE TO ALTER AND IT WAS PUT TOGETHER TERRIBLE. IT WAS WEARABLE ONLY BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER IS PARALAZED AND CANT WALK SO NO ONE EVER SAW THE FLAWS, BUT I DONT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE
Incorrect product received, failure to rectify, voucher code given didn't work
I ordered fabric samples for my bridesmaid dresses which I have never received after 2 months. I instead received a top from fancyladies.com! Not anything I would ever order! I was then instructed to post this to Canada, for which I was given a voucher code to compensate me. When I went to order my bridesmaid dresses (without having seen the color so fingers crossed they are ok) the voucher code did not work. Very unhappy with the service. However have received a dress which is good quality so the quality of the goods far outshines their service.
The company was great!! Always friendly when I requested an update on my order and my dress arrived in great time and was of great quality. The colour and cut of the dress was also perfect!
took weeks longer than promised and not informed wasn't happy
I had my dress made and it said on the website 15-18 days to process and then up to 10 days delivery. It was 6 weeks before I got my dress, and when I asked where it was and I needed it they just said not to stress and would I be satisfied with some coupons for my next order...no I wanted my money back as I had to buy another dress. All my friends got their dresses, but not i. I should of got the dress with a refund I think.

As to your order which placed on March 12nd, you left a instruction of needing the dress for a wedding by the start of may. We informed your timeline to our production department and followed your order closely to make sure no delay happened.As you know the dress you ordered need hand making by our dressmakers, it will usually take 15~20 working days to finish. The leading time may be vary according to different styles from their details. And finally it's confirmed that the dress was shipped and received by 23th April which was still within your stated time frame.

very poor communication, dresses were great, delivery good
if you have a lot of time to wait and no hurry then this is the place to shop. I suggest getting a sample of the product you are looking to buy because color samples on the computer are not exact. custom sizes did fit and standard sizes were easily altered.

Bit of a nightmare from the start. The website states the delivery times but these are totally fictitious. I ordered samples of the material to check the colour first. After 2 month they hadn't arrived, I emailed, the site says they will reply to emails in 24 hours, I waited weeks! They eventually got to me after 3 months. I then ordered the dresses and got an email saying that they saw I had ordered fabric samples and that before they would send the dresses I had to acknowledge that the colours may not be the same as the samples I paid for!!
One dress was custom made, they emailed me to remeasure hollow to floor, we did and increased the size. When it arrived they sent the original size, not the increased one we had agreed on email.
After about 6 weeks I emailed and said that I needed them for my wedding in April. They said they would get them there. They didn't. They arrived 27th April, I got married the week before so had a rediculous rush to find new dresses. :-( They arrived with a customs charge of £16.
The dresses were of a decent quality, the neckline was not exactly the same as on the picture on the site.
I know from my previous experience of trying to communicate with Didobridal that complaining will get me nowhere so I am chopping it up to experience.
These dresses are very well made. The color is the exact color we wanted. The only negative thing I have to say is that if they do need any alterations done, you have to have an experienced seamstress do it because they are so well made and all the seams are enclosed.

I was unsure about using Didobridal as this was an order for my bridesmaid's dresses, but decided to bite the bullet and order 1 sample. Don't believe the moaning people on online- they obviously just love a good moan!
The dress arrived quickly and as requested, my bridesmaids all tried it and we all loved it.
I have now received the full order and they look gorgeous on all 5 bridesmaids (all different shapes and sizes!).
I did not want the diamanté detail on the arm strap as I have brooches for each dress and didobridal had no problem with this request.
Beautiful made-to-order dresses, fantastic service, brilliant communication and great value. Highly recommended!
