Reliable experience

This agency organised a private transfer with car + bus from Fenghuang to Guilin. Everything worked very smoothly, the contact person was very reliable and reachable at anytime. Everything has been organised very well and the agency kept us updated about all next steps. I recommend them!

Dolphin Union - trusted agent for China

We engage Li for a small private tour to Jiangxi. It has been very easy to work with Li from planning right up to the trip itself. He is quick to respond, flexible to adjust to our requests and gives good recommendations. He has arranged for a young man, Mr Ye to drive us around. Mr Ye is professional and goes the extra mile to help us with entrance tickets, walk with us and shares much about the places we visit. Overall it has been our pleasure to have engaged Li and Ye. I’d highly recommend Li (Dolphin Union) to anyone looking to plan China trip.

Fast response

Creator is really helpful when I ask to email again the link for the travel guide.

Accurate and helpful

Accurate and helpful. Many informations about traveling trough China in general and details about the sights and activities. We used Kunming, Dali, Chengdu and Chongqing. The planning for the days were a little too much for our slow travel approach, but were able to organize everything on our own.

Wonderful China experience

We had a very good experience with Dolphin Union during our trip to China. Overall, the itinerary was well organized and everything went smoothly. Hansong was always helpful, responsive and flexible in arranging the trip according to our needs. We particularly appreciated the drivers, who were always punctual, professional and reliable. This made a big difference, especially with such a busy itinerary covering several cities. China was a great experience for our family, and having a well-organized local team made the trip much easier and more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Dolphin Union to anyone planning a trip to China. Thank you to Hansong and the whole team for your support! Cosiglio a tutti! Ciao!

Helpful, knowledgeable and reliable

We, a group of 7, engaged Dolphin Union for ground arrangements over 4-10 August 2026, for Xian and Louyang. The drivers were helpful. The guides were knowledgeable and helpful. Food recommendations were fantastic. A couple of minor hiccups were quickly resolved. Definitely will engage them again.

Fantastic guidebooks

Absolutely recommended!! I have bought several guidebooks (Chongqing, Chengdu, Guilin, Zhangjiajie, Xi'An) from Dolphinunion, all of which have been a great help in my past trips to China. The guidebooks come in PDF format and include many useful links to different apps (e.g. locations of places), directly acceessible via the documents themselves. Without this option, I would have missed many of the restaurants and viewpoints, as it is very difficult to find addresses manually or via Google Maps. Another great advantage of these guidebooks is that they also include a lot of 'insider' information which you cannot get from other guidebooks. I did not find this level of detail doing my own research on the internet either. If you would like to explore China on a deeper level and cover more than just the 'main' tourist hotspots, I can definitely recommend Dolphinunion. Moreover, you have a personal contact point to ask any additional questions, which is something very special! Thank you Dolphinunion :)

Family trip to Xinjiang

Hansong made the trip a successful one with my family of 6 to northern Xinjiang. The driver and car he engaged for us is good and luxury and ensure we are well rested during the road trip. Despite some weather hiccups, we managed to finish the trip safe, and parents had an enjoyable trip. Would recommend to engage his itinerary and driver services for a trip to China.

Having 22 guests coming from different countries to be together in Shanghai is no easy task. Thank you Hansong of Dolpin Union for making this happen! From the moment I reached out, they made everything so easy and exciting. Super Helpful Team: Every question I had was answered quickly, and they always went the extra mile to make sure I felt confident about my plans. Customized Fun: They really listened to what I wanted and built an itinerary that fit me perfectly—equal parts relaxation and adventure. Personal Touch: Even during the trip, they checked in to make sure I was having the best time. That kind of care is rare and so appreciated! Honestly, they turned our vacation into something unforgettable. If you’re thinking about traveling, don’t hesitate—book with them! I’m already excited for my next trip with their team.

Efficient and well-organised travel support in Western China

I engaged Hansong to organise drivers and vehicles for our trip to Gansu and Xinjiang. He was efficient, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the planning process. He provided helpful feedback on the itinerary I designed, particularly around travel times and logistics, which helped make the trip more practical and well-paced. We had three different drivers across the journey, and overall the arrangements were very well organised, with good-quality vehicles and smooth logistics. Hansong was also flexible and accommodating when we wanted to adjust parts of the itinerary along the way. While parts of the broader travel experience were shaped by personal expectations of the destinations, Hansong’s organisation and support were consistently strong throughout. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would consider using Dolphinunion and Hansong’s services again for future travel in China.

Easy communication and planning

Hangsong from DolphinUnion did an excellent job coordinating all the logistics for my trip across Dunhuang, Jiayuguan, and Zhangye. Communication throughout the planning and trip was smooth, prompt, and hassle-free. He was highly accommodating and flexible in helping tailor the itinerary to fit my preference and schedule. Everything was well-organised, making travel between destinations seamless and stress-free. His coordination allowed me to fully enjoy the trip without worrying about logistics. Highly recommended for anyone planning a journey in this region.

THANK YOU, DOLPHIN UNION!!!

Today was our first day to be in my ancestral country for the first time, and my mind is already blown! A HUGE shout out to Hansong Li and Dolphin Union for arranging every detail from the best private tour guide (with perfect English) to a perfect hotel in a quiet part of downtown Beijing and only 10 min walk from Wanfujing, a hustling and hip hub of restaurants and shops. (How is that even possible???) We toured Tiananamen Square, Forbidden City, Beihai Park and Old Town all at our pace. As I look at the huge tour groups being herded like cattle and instructions called out with bullhorns, I'm SOOOO glad we booked a private tour with Dolphin Union. Plus, our guide, Jonathan, was a wealth of information yet knew all the customs and etiquette of the US. What an amazing place. We can't wait for tomorrow!

Excellent City Guides full of detailed helpful content

I purchased multiple City guides for my upcoming 4 week visit to China this fall. I only have 3 or 4 days in each city I am visiting so the very detailed sections on attractions and food options will be a huge help in planning out my China vacation itinerary.

Chongqing 144hours citywalk E-guide

Chongqing 144hours citywalk E-guide is really great, I totally recommend it!

Our trip to Inner Mongolia was very good. Thanks to Hansong and team for giving us the best driver to wander around in Hohhot,Xilamuren and Baotou. He also giving us a trip guide e-book in Beijing for free! We have the best experience in China so far. Especially in Inner Mongolia. He also very helpful and answering every question patiently. Will recommend to use their service!

Great but I would have liked to see more recommendations for more hotels and shopping areas .

The guides are really great

The guides are really great. However the website needs work: a more Amazon like approach to collecting guides in a cart. It was very confusing because the add to cart links are not obvious. A list of guides with a short description and an add to cart button would work. Also, a more detailed description link where you could also add to cart. (I have designed websites!)

Detailed information for CHINA visit

Amazing information
