I had an awful experience with this app; it crashes every time you try to open it. The FRP tools are, always getting stuck at 97% and failing to unlock Android versions 9 or 10. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for an FRP unlocking tool. It hasn’t even been a week since I bought the full kit, and I’m already struggling to open the app. If it does open none of the tools work. Just avoid buying this tool, people.

I honestly regret purchasing Dr.Fone. Everything seemed fine at first, but after a regular Windows update, the software suddenly stopped recognizing my computer — even though I was already logged in. It kept asking me to register the device again, which made no sense.
The worst part? Their customer support is just terrible. I reached out for help and either got no reply or just copy-paste responses that didn’t address the issue at all. It felt like they didn’t even bother to read what I wrote.
For something marketed as a premium tool, you'd expect at least basic support and a more reliable system. Unfortunately, I didn’t get either. Wouldn’t recommend it — especially if you’re expecting any kind of help when things go wrong.

If you have an iPhone and you have to fix your phone, better go to your local service. My phone was crashed and the screen to, so I asked for a solution to recover my phone data. If you have to use this tool you have to buy it first. Well, I tried to use the drfone to unlock a friends phone FRP Lock and it didnt work, we tried 3 different times and nothing work, so that was part of the problem, the other part of the problem is you have to buy everything you need separate in a day and age like now, where everything is expensive I think its a little crazy that ya'll charge 40-50 dollars a program that you need to help to fix your phone!!!!
