I have had this coffee machine less than 6 months. After having numerous issues with the machine and emails sent with step that make no sense. I asked for the coffee machine to be sent back for a service. The company said they would collect but never did. Then said I can return to post office, no address, no label, again emailed and no reply. Emails back and forth and weeks for them reply I asked for a refund. Still waiting for the machine to be collected. The service is shocking and the coffee machine is a massive waste of money.

Packaging i receive from my monthly subscription feels too excessive and not environmental friendly. I end up throwing away the morning boxes that look super new but I have nowhere to keep them.
Currently it feels very much on consumers. If they don’t recycle the boxes or bring used capsules to Morning shops then nothing will be recycled.
It will be great if Morning can make more effort in sustainable part. Eg, collect back the unused box from customers monthly. Provide used capsules collection from customers who subscribed or order online would encourage them to recycle the used capsules instead of throwing away.

Good news—our shop at New Bahru accepts both aluminum and compostable pods for recycling! Just drop by and hand them over to our team. I love my Morning machine and was an early adopter. I have had two issues along the way and both times customer service went above and beyond to make it right. I don’t expect perfection from new technology but I do expect excellent customer service when things go wrong - and I have been very pleased with their responsiveness and support. This last time, customer service helped to replace my missing capsule bin (not their fault!) and created a manual order for me. They also informed me of the shipping charges (which were steep) before confirming. After I received it, they checked in again to make sure it arrived. In the end, the shipping was less expensive than anticipated so they reached back out to let me know I’d be getting a partial refund.
Customer service is helpful and is able to answer my queries promptly. Delivery was fast, ordered on Friday morning and got delivered on Saturday morning. Item was well packed and most importantly, the machine is beautiful and coffee is amazing. Just hope the machine is as durable as my current nespresso machine, which have been with me for more than 8 years and is still working very well.
