Yesterday i received my purchase. A gorgeous dress so beautiful the material, the quality of work. Everything is top. Customer service was amazing.

Do not get near this company

Do not get near this company. They advertise certain time on the website then someone sends an email with completely different dates. When I asked to cancel my order they asked me to pay an additional £20 for faster shipping but they won’t tell me when it’s going to be shipped or arrival time! That’s their response to a cancellation email, then they went on saying that they have already made the dresses within 3 hours of submitting my order🤣 and they need to deduct a certain amount, again nothing is clear and it’s a complete rip off! They use English names to advertise for their website by they’re Chinese and completely dishonest and scammy!

Don’t be fooled

Don’t be fooled by the country in the URL, everything is shipped from China. Dresses arrived that were completely the wrong colour. Apparently it’s not a “quality problem” and they can’t issue a refund despite the dresses not matching the shades that were on the website (at all, by the way. Despite Duntery saying colours are subjective). Then when returning, they suggested to write the declared value under £20, even though the dress is worth £90, to avoid tariffs. Con artists. Will not be using again, and I urge people to stay away.

Beautiful dress!

It was super easy for me to find a dress in the color and size I needed, I was able to track the dress and it arrived on time so I'm very satisfied! The dress fit perfectly, it was a little long but with heels it's perfect length! Beautiful color and style!

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. No reply’s from my emails requesting an exchange. No offer of anything not even a reply to my 3 emails. Don’t shop here!

Disgusting, misleading returns policy

WARNING! Do not shop with this company. I bought two different bridesmaids dresses size 10's. Chose one to keep and wanted to return the other. They make you email first for permission. Then to reply saying they only return 80% and then you pay shipping fees and then you pay a separate postage also. So for the £80 dress I wanted to return, I would only get £13 back. This is misleading as they state all over their website, "quick easy returns". This is a lie and something needs to be done! I will be contacting consumer and customer right about this. I am really struggling with money ATM and could not afford this not to be returned. Also because I have been charged £75 by a local tailor to get the dress I kept taken up and a bad stitching on the strap fixed.

This dress was simply stunning

This dress was simply stunning. The entire day I recieved constant compliments on how beautiful the dress was. I asked for the dress to be altered to my height 5ft and for the sleeves to be fitted on as opposed to hanging off the shoulder and they did just that. I received the dress well before 4 weeks and it fit like an absolute glove. For the price, material and craftsmanship I can't believe how beautiful this dress is. I would definitely buy from here again, simply amazing. The dress came packaged well aswell

Company does NOT do refunds or returns…

Company does NOT do refunds or returns - after requesting a return and (partial) refund because they don’t do full refunds - my parcel was returned from China. The company operates from China and not the UK. Additionally, the dress was not the colour shown on the website. Do not use this company.

Great quick service even with custom…

Great quick service even with custom sizes. Dresses are amazing and my girls looked incredible in them as flower girls at the wedding.

Not a good experience at all!

Not a good experience at all! Dresses took weeks to arrive and the dresses that eventually arrived were in very poor condition one of which was ripped. The colour was very off too! White dresses had a blue tinge. Customer service was fine but slow. I of course got reminded of all the fine print (yes I hold my hands up I should’ve read it) and kept being encouraged to try and resell the dresses instead of return. There’s no way I could sell them, and to be honest I wouldn’t want to dump them on anyone else! Finally got the return details only to find out I will be losing nearly half of the order’s amount due to various policies. I also mentioned I wanted details of how to leave a website review and have been completely ignored! Will NOT be ordering from here ever again and will encourage anyone else to do the same!

Beware of custom made, standard made ok

Unfortunately the custom made dresses are not made well. I ordered 5 dresses. 3 were custom made and needed altering due to the too wide shoulders and too small busts. It looks like they just took a larger size and tried to modify it to fit the measurements I gave, instead of truly custom making it. (They also do not allow for ease in the pattern as they were too small in the waist and bust- a true seamstress knows to allow a 1-2 inch ease). The standard made dresses look fine but need to be hemmed quite a bit (which is why I ordered custom sized). I had to have the custom made dresses altered and then the bridesmaids had to wear an undershirt. I think you will be ok as long as you don't order custom dresses. It will be cheaper to hem the dress than pay for alterations from a custom made dress. Side note: they offered me compensation to take down my negative review. This might be why they have some "glowing" reviews. My advice would be to go with a standard made, not custom made dress and allow plenty of time for alterations if needed.

Bridesmaid dress in dusky blue

The dress arrived within the promised timeframe. It was exactly as depicted in the picture. The color was perfect and matched the website's description. When I tried it on, it was a little snug but fit well. I used the sizing chart on the website, which helped tremendously.

Amazing dress - would definitely recommend.

Purchased the dress for my wedding day, and I couldn’t have been happier. I chose to buy a standard size and have alterations done by someone locally, but the quality of the dress was amazing for the price, I was overjoyed with it.

Beautiful Dress

Ordered a formal dress for my daughter. We ordered it custom size - there were clear instructions on how to measure. Dress was perfect! Great price compared to 'boutiques' and similiar quality. Very pleased!
