Stay away from this website!

I think people should know prior purchasing from this website. I have ordered a prom dress for my daughter, the dress doesn't match the photo on their website, when tried to return them, this is their response to my email: Hi Zuzana, Thank you for your email, we are so sorry you want to return it. According to our return policy, if you want to return the dress, the returned shipping fee is paid by you, which will depend on your local courier company. Furthermore, the shipping fee of this order needs to be deducted because it was paid to the courier company when the order was sent to you. Then we will give you an 80% refund of the rest, which is £60.04 Please notice we still charge the shipping fee and rush fee(if there is one) under this circumstance even if your order is free shipping order. According to the feedback of our customers, the shipping back fee is so high. Usually, more than £25-£30 for one dress. In case to ensure the interest of the customers, and reduce the loss, if you want to keep it, we also come up with a 20% compensation policy, which is£15.01.You could take this fee to get altered or buy a new dress. if you want to buy a new dress, we could apply for a discount for you. Could you accept it? Do you want to return or keep it?

Our dresses are made to order even if the standard size and our dresses come at quite reasonable prices, with the global financial environment becoming worse every day, all production costs and shipping costs are increasing significantly, so that is why we only offer an 80% refund for no quality issue dress and it is the best we can do for this moment. Misleading information

Terrible company, total scam artists. Website leads you to believe they are UK based, delivery took over 4 weeks and if you need to return they provide every reason under the sun not to, including providing an address in China. Getting my credit card company involved now as it’s just a nightmare trying to deal with them. DO NOT BUY!

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. 2 of us bridesmaids had to buy another dress because there sizing was so wrong - emailed the company and was told we’d measured wrong. My dress broke in 3 places before walking down the aisle , I emailed the company again, and was offered a £18 refund? £200 on 2 dresses and they offered £18. They also gave a list of excuses as to why the dresses would have been ‘broken’. Asked for the managers email was completely ignored. Got offered £28 refund - again for 2 dresses which they made wrong but passed the blame onto myself - it’s an absolute shambles of a company.

Sizing very wrong

Despite very careful and repeated measurements according to the diagram on your website, 3 of the 5 dresses I ordered cannot even be zipped up they are so tight. Given the reviews on here I don't fancy my chances of a refund. Terrible.
