Dear Jessica, We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. After reviewing our correspondence, we found that your initial email to our customer service team stated that the shoes felt too small and narrow in the front, and you requested an exchange for a larger size. We responded by providing our exchange and return options in accordance with our return policy. We take product quality concerns very seriously. However, the issue initially reported to us was related to fit rather than a manufacturing defect. If you believe the shoes have a quality issue beyond sizing, we would be happy to review additional photos and information so our team can investigate further. Our goal has always been to work with customers to find a fair resolution, and we remain available to assist you directly. Kind regards, Dwarves Shoes Customer Support

Hi Robin, Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experience. The style you purchased is part of our barefoot-inspired collection and features a wider toe box design to provide more natural foot movement and comfort. Because of this construction, some customers with narrower feet may find the fit roomier than expected. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps other customers better understand how different styles may fit. We are also continually working to improve our sizing and fit information so customers can choose the most suitable style for their foot shape. Thank you again for your support. Best Dwarves
