Super soft, comfortable shoes. They are almost more like slippers! I was looking for barefoot style shoes to wear with jeans, and these have worked out really well for my hard to fit feet (wide toe box, narrow heel, high arch). I've gotten several compliments. They have also held up well so far.
These adorable boots are the most comfortable I have ever purchased as I am 78years old so I have had quite a few in the past and with a few problems I just love them quality plus. Regards Lainy

1 star might be too much. I received a pair of shoes that I ordered and they were a little big. I needed a size smaller, I tried to contact them and never got a reply. I purchased a pair of fishermen sandals from Dwarves 2 years ago and they were all I wore for 3 weeks in Japan. Super comfortable and stylish. I wear them a lot at home too and they are one of my favorite shoes and still holding up so well. Recently I thought of buying some more shoes from them and the 2 other pairs I have received have been an instant love. Such good quality and they are pretty unique. I have ordered dozens of pairs of shoes from this company. Each pair is well designed to the highest quality, sturdy and true to size. Be advised - it can take a couple of weeks to get your purchase, Plan accordingly. Don't be making an impulse order for an upcoming event, because you should expect your delivery to take 2 - 3 weeks. Don't blame the company or the delivery service for this - they warn you. That said, you will fall in love with these shoes. I have been complimented on my Dwarves Shoes less than 2 steps away from my car. They are AMAZING!
Extremely Disappointed: Defective $150 Shoes & Awful ServiceI paid $150 for shoes that arrived completely defective. The front shapes are visibly mismatched, and the openings are so narrow you can barely fit half your foot inside.When I immediately requested an exchange, the store tried to charge me a $28 fee. When I asked for a return instead, they still demanded the same $28 or more just to ship their own mistake back.Do not invest your money in this company. Take your business to a better brand that actually owns up to its mistakes instead of charging you for them. They owe me a full refund for an unwearable, brand-new product. Save your money and shop elsewhere!
