Not performed as described: EaseUS Todo PCTrans Professional I paid for the following: Billing cycle duration 1 month(s) 2Checkout subscription reference 2Checkout order reference I ordered this to transfer from one computer to another. On the same day of ordering I cancelled the subscription as it did not work. I had to manually transfer my information. Strangely they refused the refund and that's why I left this, but then refunded it in full. Thank you

Great software and even better support
I was having problems with a backup file that was needed to replace a failed hard drive. I reached out to EaseUs customer support and received the best customer support - more than I could have hoped for. Jesse was able to recover my backup file and got me back up and running in no time. Several restarts were needed to accomplish the task, and Jesse was there each time I returned to customer. Once Jesse ensured the problem was fully resolved, he then properly set up my backup file to ensure I would be fine going forward. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Thank you!!
