Was a bit disappointed with the black ring. Pictures looked matt black but it is shiny and almost has a black/bronze hue. Also the ring is relatively thin so the edges are quite sharp. Fingers are taking a bit of hardening. The quality was a bit disappointing. Have several mens bracelets and they are all excellent.
Nice selection, good prices. What I was NOT happy with was the poor experience I had with a question I asked your support team before I ordered. I asked about NON-metal bracelets and which are ok to get wet. Y'all even advertise some as perfect for getting in the water. The person who responded obviously did not read my email thoroughly and said all of your bracelets were metal. Of course that's not true. It made me not want to order at first, but it finally got ironed out. Education of your customer service reps needs some improvement. Also, it needs to be made clear that the stirrup-shaped clasps are not exactly easy to put on with one hand, and they are especially difficult for someone with larger hands. If I do get another bracelet from Elegatto it won't be one with this kind of clasp again.
