Quality and product is great. Was disappointed to see an international fee charge on my credit card from my bank, which was from my elegoo payment. Despite being delivered from Victoria Australia, and stating an Australian site. No mention of the payment would be taken internationally.

Great experience with ELEGOO. They offer good products, quality service, and very attractive promotions and discounts. Everything has worked as expected, and so far we haven't had any issues with them. We're very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them.
Ordered a Wash and Cure station directly from Elegoo. It arrived seemingly defective. They responded however their email ended up in Gmail spam. I will try their solution and update this review if required. Changed to 5 stars for their quick reply.

The ELEGOO Centauri Carbon 2 is an excellent 3D printer. The print quality is impressive, it is fast, reliable, and I have been very happy with the results, especially with materials like PETG.
However, I think the ELEGOO ecosystem still has a lot of room for improvement. The mobile app, software integration, remote control features, and overall user experience are not yet at the same level as the printer itself. A better app, more stable connectivity, easier file management, and a more polished ecosystem would make a huge difference.
The hardware is fantastic, but now ELEGOO needs to focus more on the software side. If ELEGOO significantly improves its ecosystem, app, and software integration, I believe the Centauri Carbon 2 could compete on the same level as Bambu Lab and become one of the strongest options in its category.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the printer and I would definitely recommend it, but I hope ELEGOO continues investing heavily in its app and software ecosystem.
I ordered PetG and received PLA. I can use the PLA but disappointed that I didn’t receive the correct order. Judy

Good but not good enough.
The install was straight forward and the book was good, but it didn't explain the extra cable for the AMS port since I already had the AMS port.
I got the AMS so that I could us the multi-material capability. I made a hood so I could continue using high temp filaments. However, unless you have all high temp filaments configured, when trying to load a high temp filament, the nozzle cools down to 220°C and PC can't load. It should use the configured low temp of the filament programmed and not a hard limit! I have a work around, but this is just poor quality control. You should never assume that a maker is only going to use lower temp filaments because you didn't offer a hood.

I bought some time ago a Centauri carbon. It works great, no issue. The new Centauri carbon came out with 4 colors system. I was able to order the canvas for my machine to do 4 colors without buying a new one. I am going to install it pretty soon, but for what I can see it is solid and well thought kit. Thank you
Their sales and delivery process is great! If filament and resin are in stocked, they ship very quickly, but if not all items are in stock, shipments may arrive over two or more days. Also, pre-orders may take time. I see both sides. If you're a business, and need it now, they are fantastic. As a maker, I'd rather everything arrive at one time.
I've always been happy with the quality of their filaments and resins.
Awful from start to finish. Ordered a printer got given a fake tracking number. Then was promised delivery that never came. Exactly the same the next day. Then I ask for a refund and get ignored. Then told I would get a refund if I close the case. Closing the case would remove all my customer rights so I refuse .Then they keep updating the delivery so my refund gets delayed for as long as possible. Then they just ignore me. Truly terrible company that genuinely doesn't care about their customers.
