Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional print quality of the items and the extremely reliable, fast delivery services that consistently exceed expectations. Many consumers find the advanced 3D printers and various filaments very easy to use right out of the box and securely well-packaged upon arrival. However, some customers also noted frustrating issues with defective hardware, unexpected software bugs, and machines breaking down shortly after basic use. A few other people experienced annoying delivery delays, exceptionally long waiting times for specific accessories, or tangled filament spools straight out of the box.

The quality of the product is exceptional, the order process and shipping was flawless, and the setup process was smooth. I have made about 5 prints with very little calibration and the print quality is amazing. 100% satisfied!
I have 3 Carbons and they have worked just about flawlessly.
Product was great, but there was no visibility into a delivery estimate which was a problem for me.

Elegoo has stepped into the late and delivered a wonderful array of filaments and we are in particular, fans of their deep red filament. We’ve never had failed or bound rolls and many times will look for their rolls when planning new projects.
Fast shipping, great material… especially PETG Pro
Elagoo has proven that they are the #1 supplier for bulk filament for my business. They’re helping my business grow, one bulk purchase at a time.
Everything I get from Elegoo has been a printer that hits above it’s weight class or filament that prints great. I buy the filament when it goes on combo deals. The stuff always arrives in god condition and in a timely manner considering the distance it travels.
It arrived on time and not damaged. After setup flawless prints so far.
Searching the website is quick and easy and shipping is fast

Fist time ordering Elegoo filament. And I have to say it’s been working great.
Customer service was always fast and helpfull and the products delivered worked as expected or beyond.
Very quickly answered, but unfortunate not on my questions. After installing the canvas unit I had a cable left and a not used connector. I just wanted to know what to do with it.

Just Works :)
Very fast delivery. Everything was fine!
Elegoo sells top products at high quality at realy fair prices. Packaging is perfect and delivery is fast. So far I have always been very satisfied with all my orders and would happily shop there again.
The canvas arrived in perfect condition and was well packaged. The delivery date was exactly as stated at the time of purchase. The device itself took about 1:30 hours to complete with well designed instructions and an online video to make things clearer, all the parts were clearly labeled and easy to identify. The canvas is working exactly as expected.
