This is the worst experience i’ve ever had. Bought the Mars 5 bundle and never received it, no customer service number to talk to anyone about it, customer service email isn’t helpful at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS THEY’LL STEAL FROM YOU

Terrible Customer Service.

I'm still waiting for any response from the support tickets I've placed. I'll continue to put them in and continue to place negative feedback anywhere I can until it's resolved. I can't even get a response on a return for ordering the wrong item. Your support login is not the same account as what is used for the store. There's nowhere to sign up for said support account. There's no response beyond ticket generated email. This is unacceptable. Edit 0827 13Aug26 The reply to my comment and the email you sent are minutes apart. No, your emails aren't blocked. As a matter of fact you're whitelisted to your own folder that is a growing catalogue of disappointment. I emailed about a return for a print head two weeks ago. Now it's outside of the return policy window per your website's listed "unopened/unused within 14 days". I emailed about this within 15 minutes of receiving the box in the mail that day. I'm still waiting for something further for the known issues with the Neptune 4 Max blobbing up and destroying my print head. I followed the guidelines and I was printing the same file I had already printed 9 times previously. I have had no issues with my Saturn 4 Ultra that was my first 3D printer. It's a great machine, but the Neptune 4 Max has been a trial of my patience, but less so than your inadequate and obtuse support channels.

Once I figured out how to transfer…

Once I figured out how to transfer files by USB (Because of Bad Wi-Fi) and I figured out how easily it is to get & Send Code EVERYTHING has been so Smooth. It took a Little Time to Figure Out that it Really is Easy.

I have been involved in 3d printing…

I have been involved in 3d printing since the build it yourself days. I have also owned several different brands of printers. Always looking for a reliable easy to use consumer printer. That was a pipe dream for quite some time. Elegoo has changed that for me. I now own 5 Elegoo printers, both resin and FDM. Elegoo printers are state of the art and very economical. So easy and trouble free. It is great to know that when I start a print job, I will not have to figure out what went wrong and start over. I see myself using Elegoo and recommending them to all my 3d printing friends.

Fitted canvas as per their instruction…

Fitted canvas as per their instruction video. Switched machine preheats to 300 degrees plus smells of burning and smokes like crazy. Faulty components. After sales is rubbish. 3 weeks for new parts as no UK stock. It's a brand new machine now a desk ornament what a load of rubbish. Won't let you return item as it is faulty.

The filament was fine but for the bag…

The filament was fine but for the bag kit one of the bags doesnt hold suction and seems to have a hole somewhere

Elegoo products are great, their service is not

An issue with the carrier made it so I had to email back and forth with elegoo for 9 days as of today before it was addressed. Even now the tracking still doesn't say the package is on its way to me. Attempts to cancel my order have been completely ignored.

Elegoo quality and support

I got my first Elegoo printer a few years ago, a Neptune 4 Pro. I loved it so much that I got my granddaughter a Neptune 4 Plus. She is in the robotics club at her school. A few months ago I bought the Centrui Carbon 2 combo. Even better than the Neptune. However I had a broken filament in the head assembly. I opened a chat with their customer service and received excellent help clearing the issue.

I've tried Elegoo products before…

I've tried Elegoo products before (Saturn 4) but never the PLA filaments. This time, it was time to try them so I got a mix of matte and normal PLA - Guess what ? They work perfectly, I didn't expect it with the Generic profile. Having added Elegoo parameters to my printer for the Elegoo filaments made them work better. I will probably order again as the quality is superior, the price is OK, could do with a discount as I buy in bulk often.
