This is edited cause, I have not received my top or a response from them. PayPal gave me my money back.....I did purchase a top but it would be nice if you shared the look of the back. I emailed you 3 times asking. Your tops are cute enough so I took a chance. But think about showing the back, you may sell more. Thank you

Website's easy to maneuver

I like the website. It's easy to maneuver. I like the beautiful tops. I would have given you 5 stars but there was no sizing chart to refer to. Also, I'm not crazy about where my order will be shipped from. I haven't had much luck with companies who are based in the United States but their orders are shipped from other countries. Those orders take entirely toooooo long to be shipped, delivered and received !! I pray that's not the case with Elevenforest....

Completely wrong items arrived and am not getting a refund

My order arrived after 2 months of ordering. What arrived was completely different to what was shown and described on the website. When i asked for a return and refund they would only accept to refund half the money. Now 5 months later i am still waiting and they are still saying it will be resolved asap. Absolutely shocking how this company is still operating

Eleven Forest is a SCAM!

Eleven Forest is a SCAM!! Ordered several beautiful items. I received PHOTO COPIES on cheap fabric. FLAT PHOTO COPIES! No ruffles, laces, applicate, nor patchwork. ALL FLAT poorly photocopied images of the Items that I NEVER got a refund for. Had to send my CC company after Eleven Forest.

This company is running an outright FRAUDULENT operation. They advertise beautiful, premium, textured clothing online—promising gorgeous 3D embroidery, intricate lace overlays, and high-quality linen-blend patchwork. What they actually ship for your hard-earned money is not even close to a substandard imitation; it is absolute garbage. They took my $106.97 and sent oversized, hideous polyester sacks with cheap, flat photos of the advertised lace and embroidery poorly printed onto the fabric. There is no texture, no lace, and no quality. It is a complete and total scam. When confronted with this undeniable documentation, their customer service department attempted to trap me in a coordinated, escalating negotiation scam. They intentionally deploy exhausting, ridiculous counter-offers to force customers into giving up: * 20% Refund Offer: They "apologized" and offered a measly 20% refund, demanding I pay return shipping for their deceptive error. * 35% Refund Offer: When I demanded a full refund, they increased it to 35%, still refusing to cover shipping. * 50% "Keep It" Offer: Finally, they insultingly suggested I accept a 50% partial refund and "keep" their useless garbage so they wouldn't have to deal with a return. THIS IS A CALCULATED WAR OF ATTRITION. This company intentionally sends incorrect, worthless items, betting that consumers will get frustrated by the financial burden of return shipping and accept their idiotic compromises. I have provided absolute proof of their error, and they still refuse to budge. This review is going live across every consumer-complaint platform, and a dispute is being filed with my bank for the full $106.97 since they have refused to issue me a full refund. DO NOT TRUST THEIR POLISHED MARKETING. THIS IS A SCAM.

Your clothing is beautiful. The only problem I have is that you do not offer petite sizes or xs.

What a disgusting company to deal with. The clothes are nothing like what you order and are cheap and tacky nylon. Trying to get a refund is almost non existent. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Chinese goods at their worst.

Junk, flat print, dull cheap

It is the same junk as Temu. Flat 2D non embroidered dull image printed on cheap fabric. I hated that I wasted our money on the top I chose. I iwsh I can find the original ones but have not been able to find them.

This is a SCAM!

This is a SCAM!! The descriptions say embroidery and lace on cotton linen, pictures even show clearly lace and embroidered flowers. What you get is a tracking number from CHINA and when you get the items the embroidered flowers and lace are printed on some shiny material that is NOT cotton linen! STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

The merchandise is awesome and priced low enough to be able to afford to buy.

The company promotes these pictures…

The company promotes these pictures look absolutely amazing! It shows sewing that has embroidery and has dimension and raised fabric edges and very rich colors and well fitted, etc. what I then received after ordering two things was the lowest possible quality fabric with what look like images printed on the fabric, no embroidery, no raised sections, and the colors is very flat and boring. I have now been trying to get refunded for 2 to 3 weeks and they’re trying to get me to accept a 20% refund. Then a 30% refund and now a 50% refund. I fully deserve a full refund. I ordered two items and the company did not deliver anything close to what they said I would be getting and therefore I highly recommend not using this company as it’s pretty much guaranteed it will not be happy with the product you receive.
