Scam website, plain and simple. I know the designs looks amazing but all you'll receive is an awful polyester print that I wouldn't wear if someone paid me. I cannot stress enough what a rip-off this site is. I have contacted their "support" email (which is the only way to contact them) multiple times to complain and so far all they have offered is a 35% refund. In order to try to get a full refund using my bank's chargeback scheme (due to items not being as described on website) I am having to return the items to China (not USA like website claims) which is costing me £13. I honestly wish I'd never found this site (I blame Instagram for advertising scam sites). Please do yourself a favour and steer well clear!
I will never order from ElevenForest again. The product was not nearly what was advertised and when I tried to return via shipping price was over $380. So, I contected their services department and they said they would give me a refund. That was 5 months ago. I sent them 30 or so emails and still have not received my refund. Terriable company. Stay away.
Site is a little difficult to search and to get back to items already viewed. I’m hoping I love the actual items when I get them and I hope shipping time isn’t crazy long.

Beautiful selection. Right up my alley. Hope that they fit and look as great in person and they do on the website. I am in treatment for breast cancer. Glad there is a cause here.

They're real scammers, using fake photos. I received products that didn't match the description and were unusable. I emailed them, but received no response for two weeks, so I followed up. They offered a 20% refund. I insisted I wanted to return the items and receive a full refund. They replied with a 35% refund and that I could keep the items.
I continued to request a refund and return the items. They finally gave me an address in China and told me to return them myself at my own expense. I pointed out that their website states they provide a return label. They refused to provide a return label and therefore wouldn't refund me if I didn't send the items back.
A total scam. Whatever you do, don't buy anything from them!
My only issue was deciding which pieces to buy! There are so many beautiful items on the website that it was hard to narrow my choices to fit my budget. The sale prices, combined with the discount code, helped keep me under budget. I’ll definitely be buying more.
This is a terrible company who is intentionally ripping people off /they show these beautiful remarkable romantic styles at a reasonable price but what you get is a piece of crap out of different material/nothing like you ordered / three sizes too big /they know what they're doing and it's hard to get a refund//dont be fooled. there are plenty of bad reviews for this company saying the same i am saying.
It's been almost 5 month's that I have been trying to get a refund to no avail, promise after promise that they will contact me.,still waiting. I have asked 10 times for my refund .Absolutely no response. I think it's disgusting. Don't buy from this company EVENFOREST does not send items anything like as advertised it's cheep synthetic material no-one would want to wear. I have wasted £100 and sent items back my parcel and told its been lost .No compensation even though thay have admitted THEY LOST IT .UNBELIEVABLE.WHAT A SCAM.
The website is fantastic I was blown away looking at everything. The color of the clothing was eye catching and mesmerizing. I wanted one of each piece. The earrings were like the sixties and I went crazy. I will definitely be a returning customer.
It’s a scam . The clothes are very different from what you are thinking of purchasing . Difficult to return back and somehow you even don’t want to look at them or keep even if they offer you some refund . Absolutely dishonest people . Thieves

I just ordered a T-Shirt but I could not find a size chart so hopefully I chose the right size for me. It will take some time to get my order but something I distinctly do resent is that once you have chosen something there are other things as well and if You are not careful to uncheck these other items you'll find yourself not only with a lot of clothes or accessories but also a hefty shipping cost. Is this the American way? If so you are sure to lose European customers as they most certainly don't wish to pay much more than from the beginning was shown. As I said I haven't got anything yet but I really do like this playfully, elvenlike garment.
