Does not work with 12v solar system

I got their 200ah lifeP04 Lithium battery to start converting from lead acid in a small Solar system. The price point was better than other lithium batteries of similar size. The battery has not worked very well so far. I was testing it within a small Solar system, with a 14.2v overcharge cap and 15amp output. The power draw on this system is typically well below the amount generated. Everything seemed fine for about a week, then it stopped discharging and upon testing has 10.0v. Currently working with their customer service via email as the listed phone number is not connecting to an operator the line just beeps when called.(edit: it's been 3 weeks of back and forth with their customer service. I set the solar charge controller to what they're engineering team recommended, and still am unable to get it to charge and maintain charge. So far I have been told that the batter may not be compatible with the solar system and I just need to use their 120$ 14.6v charger to activate it and charge it.)

SCAM SCAM SCAM BE AWARE I ordered this battery on October 28 with the promise that it would be delivered on November 7. Now I had contacted them and they told me that this was a pre-order and that it would be delivered on October 30th. Ok yes a bit annoying but ok. Contacted again on October 23 because the battery was still not shipped. Radio silence... 25 October contacted again still radio silence. This is a scam.

On 10/20/2022 l paid for Enjoybot 12v…

On 10/20/2022 l paid for Enjoybot 12v 100ah life po4 deed cycle rechargeable Lithium battery 1280wh built with 100a . The order # BA1353 the total amount for this item was $309.99. This was paid for with my credit card but when my bank statement was received there was another charge of $9.30 for international transaction fee which I was not made aware before the purchase of the battery . The second issue was the company advertised a [summer 40 } discount code which was inactive at the time of my purchase . These issues are deceitful and fraudulent which need to be resolved as soon as possible . How can one remain loyal to a company who don’t play by the rules ?.

Enjoybot 100ah Lithium Battery

I have researched Lithium Batteries for a few weeks looking for the perfect battery for my 36volt trolling motor on my BassBoat. After all of the videos/customer ratings/youtube reviews etc, I decided to give Enjoybot a shot. You did not disappoint. The packaging was 100% spot on with zero damage to the 3 100ah batteries. The shipping was amazingly fast, the batteries were unbelievably light (after removing 3 Optima Blue Tops at 74lbs each) and the hookups were simple and secure.. I used them a couple times for 3-5 hrs and no issues, then just the other day I ran them for 8.5hrs constantly moving around the lake in 113 degree heat and when i came home to charge them (using a Minnkota 440PC charger) it only took about 4hrs to charge fully. If EnjoyBot had a Bluetooth BMS system to monitor their battery it would be 5 stars all day long as this would allow me to see the state of charge left on batteries as well as charge cycles/battery temps/volts/amps etc. They would be hands down the best battery for the money!!! Either way Cudos to EnjoyBot for now...

They say 2-7 days shipping. 7 Days later still don’t have any shipping details. Go to the web site and if you buy today Aug 23 you will have it by Sept 1st. Wondering if I got ripped off?

Good Experience so far

The batteries arrived within a week and so far so good. Customer Service was average with a 24 hour turn around time to return inquiries.

Time will tell .....

Too early to evaluate the quality, time will tell. Delivery was smooth and quick.

So much lighter than my Ampere time battery and lot faster shipping. I hope this expensive battery will last a long time.
