Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Many customers truly love how remarkably easy the online ordering process is, noting that items always arrive quickly and consistently exceed expectations during daily use. People frequently mention that the power units are wonderfully simple to install and perform exceptionally well for golf carts, boats, and other recreational equipment.
However, some customers also noted technical challenges regarding balancing batteries properly when connected together in complex series configurations. A few individuals experienced unexpected shipping delays, missing components, or received incorrect replacement items, which resulted in particularly frustrating support interactions overall.
Its hard to take anyone seriously who puts 2 random words together to make a website selling batteries.
Enjoy+Bot have nothing to do with batteries.
Its too bad that the Chinese have taken over making everything and we have no choice but to give our money to people who dont want to speak our language and this money will never come back to America in a friendly way.
I recieved the batteries quickly if that matters.
48 volt golf cart conversion kit was received quickly and every piece included. the packaging took a toll from shipping but all items were intact. The only complaint I would have is there were insufficient instructions enclosed. I searched and watched several reviews and how tos and finally found very helpful instructions on an Enjoybot you tube video. They should provide a direct link in their instructions to this website. It would have saved me 2 days of searching on the internet. It was very easy to make the conversion to lithium after finding these videos.
I have the 12v 30ah battery installed in my to go box for emergency preparness with my Midland MXT295 15watt GMRS radio. So far testing is exceding all my exspectations. Radio is powered on for seven days and regular transmission use and down only 98% . This is incredable!!!. Thanks ENJOYBOT !! Really enjoying the power!!
The battery performs as advertised. Enjoybot did everything that would be expected of an e-commerce company. Overall satisfied with the end result. The only real deficiency is with the battery and/or app with a major feature missing. Customer service did say the needed feature is coming, but did not give a timeline.
Horrible Customer Service!!!! I attempted to cancel my order prior to shipment because the item did not ship as the listing indicated. It was not going to arrive when I needed it. Multiple emails were sent to cancel. They shipped the item a few days after the first cancellation request was made. They would not send a return shipping label instead they told me to refuse the delivery. The package has been returned for over a week now. I shared the carrier's tracking information to prove it was returned. They have told me they are awaiting confirmation from their warehouse. I have been following up daily for over a week now and still no refund. Keep in mind this was a $200 purchase. I have now had to open a dispute with my credit card company. Buyer beware!!!! Horrible company. This is my worst online purchase experience ever!!!!
Hello i definitely love this battery. As a designer and self solar installer for nautical (boat) just an suggestion if this could be accomplished on at 100aj 200ah would be even better during winter storage for wifi and lighting but that top is the key
Enjoybot sold me two 36V batteries to put in series for my 72 V EZGo. They also sold me a 72 V charger. They did not tell me that the batteries don’t communicate and auto balance themselves.
Everything had been working fine until one of the batteries became out of balance in terms of charge. Then the battery that was full started stopping the charging before the second battery was full.
Enjoybots solution is to sell me a 40 V charger. I told him you should’ve sold me a 40 V charger to begin with if they knew this was a problem. They don’t acknowledge that this is a problem when they sell two batteries to be used in series.
Had a problem with 9ne of there batteries.Thr battery was 2 years nine months old . They decided the battery wasn't a le to be repaired. They were going to send a new one. I had to pay a $100 depreciation fee to get the replacement battery. Wasn't happy about thst at all. They wouldn't even waive the fee. No were in there warranty info does it say anything a out paying a fee. I have 2 batteries from enjoybot and will no longer buy or refer anyone to enjoybot.
Very good customer support and ordering experience
Too early to know how the product actually performs, but interactions with EnjoyBot were almost entirely positive, with only minor nits: when asked about need for additional changes to the application (Ryobi mower), they did not distinguish between a set of 12V batteries and the single 48V battery, the former which typically needs an additional circuit to avoid tripping the battery's overcurrent protection, but the latter has much higher current capacity and so would generally work fine. The manual that comes with the battery doesn't provide any details about the app required to access the Bluetooth features; one has to scroll through the web site FAQs to find that info. And EnjoyBot provides little to no guidance about specific installation steps, preferring instead to direct customers to third-party YouTube videos.
That said, using those third-party videos, installation was fairly straightforward, if time-consuming, and EnjoyBot has been very responsive to queries to their customer support, even in advance of my actual purchase. Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt, and assuming the battery performs as advertised, I believe it will be an excellent upgrade to my mower.
