Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Many customers truly love how remarkably easy the online ordering process is, noting that items always arrive quickly and consistently exceed expectations during daily use. People frequently mention that the power units are wonderfully simple to install and perform exceptionally well for golf carts, boats, and other recreational equipment.
However, some customers also noted technical challenges regarding balancing batteries properly when connected together in complex series configurations. A few individuals experienced unexpected shipping delays, missing components, or received incorrect replacement items, which resulted in particularly frustrating support interactions overall.
Well my battery does what it's supposed to do so far for a great price.
Only thing im missing is a Bluetooth bms that would make it even better
Im using it on our boot as a leisure battery to power our 12v systems and inverter for te coffee machine and tv.
And its doing great so far.
Batteries would not work in series. Two of the batteries would loose charge and the others would be fine. The company kept telling me to charge the batteries. I did as they asked and the same thing happened every time. So much for their customer service. Went back to the wet cell batteries and have had NO problems since
I asked if there were any new models coming up or any price differences or discounts. Your answer was no. Three weeks after ordering a 200ah battery a 300ah model came out for the same price and the 200ah model got reduced in price a lot. I feel cheated.
1) I love the batteries, although I haven’t been able to charge them. They are 12 volt 100 amp hour batteries and will be used in a 36 volt EZ-Go golf cart. 2) shipping was quick. 3) I don’t know if the battery charger is good or not. I have asked the same question 3 times with no answer. How am I supposed to charge the batteries when the battery posts are 10.5 inches apart and the alligator clips on the charger will go no further than 4 inches apart? 4) did I order the wrong charger? 5) should I get 3 chargers to charge the batteries separately or will a 36 volt charger work to charge them all at the same time since they will be connected in series rather than parallel?
One of the batteries I received will not charge. I have been trying to get this issue resolved for two weeks. I am stuck with a set of $1,000 batteries that I can't use because of this issue! Each response email takes several days. I am currently still waiting on a response/solution to this issue. I have not received a response from the email I sent two days ago. Their customer service communication needs some improving.
Where is my charger! I have been waiting weeks for my charger to come! I purchased the battery and charger as a bundle and for some reason unknown to logic I received the battery and still don't have my charger! All my friend are out having fun on their boats and here I am waiting for a dumb charger!
Ordered Battery and cables at same time. 4 batteries showed up a week ago, still pending the 3 cables. I used old cables to try batteries for golf cart.
We had to make modifications to the golf cart to go from 6 x 8v Triton batteries to 4 x 12V 100amps. Works good, even installed a new onboard(3rd party) charge for all 4 batteries.
Order took about a month to deliver, while the charges on your credit card where immediate. All communications were via email, it usually took 12-18 hours for a reply. Product came nicely packaged, so far the product works great.
I did not receive my package. UPS says delivered, but I did not receive it and did not sign for it. It was shipped with signature required. Enjoy bot or UPS won’t do anything about it. If they can’t ensure their packages or guarantee delivery then do not buy from them!!!! I’m out $1900. I will dispute the charges with my card company as fraud and hopefully get my money back. In the USA. it always seems risky buying from an overseas company and this is a great example why.

I bought 4 of the ENJOYBOT 12V 100AH LiFePO4 deep cycle rechargeable lithium battery 1280 Wh - built with 100A BMS × 1
4-Pack 12V-100AH / Standard (High-Temp Protection) / Preorder (Ship From Dec 13 Save Extra $80)
They worked fine for about 4 days and then went dead and would not charge. I have sent 3 emails to the company to get some help and so far no response from them.
This review is not about the actual product but the interaction. I purchased these for a golf cart as they are listed. I could only get 3 and was going to buy the other three at a later time. I reached out to the support because I seen that they want the batteries to be within 6 months. They responded and we have a few messages back and fourth and I told him I was going to make it 72v in the future. Later he responded that I can not do that and 48v is the max. I asked if I could cancel the order since it will not work for me. He answered back positively and said let me check on this for you and took my order number. I waited for his follow up and didn’t get one. A couple days later the item came so I don’t think he wanted to actually cancel my order so he just didn’t respond. Now they are in my living room in the original box unopened waiting on my like I was waiting on a response from them. Even if he was gonna say no, he should have atleast communicated it.
