I got my batteries in well packed box and on time. I got more to do to my boat but I'm ready to try out my new batteries.

Battery arrived a week before the charger

I ordered a battery, the charger, and a battery monitor. I received the battery and a week later I still haven’t received the charger.

I received the batteries and charger within a few days. They were very easy to install. Each battery came with specific charging instructions so that they perform properly when wired in series. The company was so concerned that you followed this charging process that I also received an email again stating the importance of proper charging. I am very satisfied with the product and service

My order came with very simple, clear instructions. The item was exactly as advertised.

Enjoybot warrantee and customer service is nonexistant|

The company doesn't stand up to its warranty. It's a ten year warranty! After one year, the negative posts were bubbling and the batteries were loosing power. The company made me go through all the hoops, then complete silence. Over two months, I sent ten emails to customer service! Customer service won't answer emails and they won't give me a phone number. Very frustrating with a dead golf cart!!!! Poor service and warranty. Rod 1 780 729 5442. Rod M

I placed my order for 4 batteries plus…

I placed my order for 4 batteries plus a charger on 11/26/23 for just over $1300.00. They failed to mention that the charger is out of stock. Batteries were delivered 12/8/23. They sent a e-mail on the procedure to charge and balance batteries before use. The estimated delivery date for the charger is Monday 12/18/23. If I knew it would be this long, never would have purchaced. Glad I included a tip on initial order (not). Won't get to use for 2 days later because of balance procedure.

Received on December 5th 2023 looks good have them charging at moment have to use them for a while to give a rating on the reliability on them how do I get the 10 years warranty on order # BA3976. Thanks Donald Baxter

I ordered 3 batteries and a charger. I received my batteries in 4 days but no charger. I should have been told the charger ships separately and that it would be 10 days. It took several days to get this answer. If I had known ahead of time it would not have been a problem

Two of the 4 batteries failed within 2 weeks. Emailed thrie teck support. Worst ever experiance. It doesnt take long for you to realize they are string you along. Ran test after test for them. athen they stop responding. If its Lizzy your dealing with {I think they all go by Lizzy} you can forget about replacement or refund. Worst battery ans support. Buy Dakota!

There’s Good and Not So Good

Pricing was among the best in this market. However- I and many other customers are dissatisfied with separation of our “kits” of battery and charger (took 8 days for battery delivery; charger still in China after 10 days). Also unhappy with misleading pre-order stock status which leads to financial commitment without availability of immediate shipment. Also unhappy with functionality of your BMS app.

Better communication required.

Batteries arrived in short order and the quality appears great, however, the charger required did not arrive at the same time, and as far as I know haven't left China yet. Not sure I would have ordered if I'd have known the charger was not readily available. I will be able to better advise after I receive the charger and can test everything out.

Battery came very fast but the charger was sent separately. Send them both together with Fedx. Usps is too slow. I am happy with the product. Put a lot more zip back into the old cart.

You're a bunch of lowlife crooks!! That piece of junk battery i bought from you is junk and you don't stand behind the 10 year warranty that came with it. You know exactly what I'm talking about after having corresponding by email with you for the whole month of October. I DEMAND MY $175 BACK!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD GIVE YOU 0 STARS IF I COULD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! The only method of contact is by email, there is no phone number and if there were it would most likely be overseas!! I purchased a Enjoybot LiFePO4 charger for $175 and it quit working after the first use. The fuse kept burning out and the charger actually smelt burnt. After a month of back and forth emails with someone named Lizzy, who kept asking the same questions over and over (you can’t even speak with a technician) I am out $175.00!! If I could I would have given them 0 stars. Buyer beware!!!

Update: Company Helped Fix My Situation

This has been a terrible purchasing experience. The battery doesn’t work and the company doesn’t respond because they are on a week long vacation. There is no US based support so I’m stuck with a $1500 paper weight. Praying I get some sort of resolution before Halloween so I can use my golf cart with my kids. The company reached out and has made it right. They were able to get the battery working remotely and offered me a discount for my troubles. Very happy with the results now.

Batteries and chargers ship separate

I ordered the 48 volt battery and 10amp charger. The battery was delivered in a week because it was in the states. I sent an email asking were is my charger? The battery is useless without a way to charge it. I was informed that it would ship separate from China. That added another 7+ days. No where in any of the information did it mention that they were different countries! It would be nice if the batteries and chargers were in the same locations and shipped together.
