I bought a battery and charger,the day…

I bought a battery and charger,the day both arrived I tried to charge the battery as recommended and the charger showed fault mode. At many attempts to resolve this problem it has taken 2 months to resolve this problem.

My order took weeks to get shipped, I asked about how to set the batterys up and was given the wrong information, ordered one of their chargers and the instructions are vague and hard to understand! There is no diagnostic information as to charing time or hazards. I don’t even know if the charger turns off automatically when the batteries are full? Im afraid to leave it unattended while charging, I have no idea when the batteries are full as the one light on the charger is RED and apparently doesn’t change color if and when the batteries are full? For $1600?!! Are you serious??

I still have not received my battery 😢.

Advertised 10 year warranty is only a three year warranty.

This seems like a really good product, but I should have done more diligent research. A large part of my purchase decision was the “10 year warranty”. In fact it is not a 10 year warranty. It is a three-year warranty. The last seven years of the warranty are worthless. After I found out that there is no coverage for a replacement between three and 10 years I checked the competition, one of which has a seven year warranty. It was, in fact a seven year warranty. Not some gobbledygook verbiage that meant nothing. I feel duped.

Good batteries, even better price.

Good batteries for an even better price. It would be better if you could see the SOC on the BMS it self. When sold it was said to ship early june. that became end of june. The negative part was that communication about the order. Which was verry limmited to none. I had to ask and after more that a week there was a response.

Enjoybot did a great job with ordering…

Enjoybot did a great job with ordering and shipped my order in a timely manner. Unfortunately their shipping agent sent the order incorrectly. They caught it before it arrived and corrected it. Unfortunately the overall delivery time was a week longer, but I was kept well informed.

Great product, trustworthy seller. Delivery a bit late

The product (100AH 12 V battery) is very good, customer service was helpful and friendly. Delivery was a bit later than announced when I purchased.

We purchased 3 enjoybot 12 100 ah batteries for our golf cart , it would only run 7 miles and die after testing found 1 bad battery and enjoybot has not resolved the problem. They put us through many testing procedures. They simply don't want to warranty the battery out....DO NOT BUY THESE BATTERIES......

I have requested assistance twice to get assistance to register my battery for the warranty.

I have requested assistance twice to get my battery registered for the warranty and not have been able to complete it. I love the battery, it is exactly what we needed, but I really need to get it registered for the warranty. Please help me !

The item arrived promptly, however, my rating is due to the fact that I just received it and I'm still awaiting other needed parts to put my solar package together. I'll try to do a review once its up and running.

Batteries came quickly

Batteries came quickly, but had to wait for cables so installation was delayed.

Poor commitment to what they communicate

Could you check on my order BA 2292? I’m expecting shipping by mid May. Today is May 19th and I’ve received no communication. Thank you Robert Russell May 22 “Hi Robert, my colleague says that this is a pre-order, they will ship out the package in these two days, and you will receive it in 2-7 business days.” May 29 “I received this the 22nd it is the 29th . Where are my batteries?” “I never got a tracking number . I want you to send me a tracking number.” “As you can see the label was created on 5/31 . I was told on May 22 that the batteries would ship 2-7 days for delivery. That did not happen!” June 1 “Hi Robert, sorry. We had five days off, and nobody was in the office. I will apply a refund to you. What do you think? I don't know the sales department why they did not send your item out. They promise me that they will send it out within 2 days as we talked last time.” May22 communication “Hi friend, This is Vivian from Enjoybot Team. Thanks for contacting! Your parcel will be shipped out within these two days. Shipping time would take 2-7 days to reach your end. Have a nice day! Yours Sincerely, Vivian. “ May 31 It is now 5/31/23 I’ve received no communication confirming that you have shipped my batteries on order BA 2292. I’d like a tracking number at this time. Robert Russell I finally received the product June 7. Poor commitment to their communication. I can’t do business with Enjoybot For this reason.

I bought these batteries but I can’t recommend them

I bought these batteries however I can’t recommend them. Poor communications . Failure to do what they commit to. ( ordered for mid May shipping) I had to ping them in the 19th of May only to be told they would ship “2to7 day delivery”. Had to get their attention on the 31 of May just to get a tracking number I had been promised on the 22nd of May. Finally issued tracking number on June 1/ May 31. Batteries arrived June 7. Batteries are 5 pounds lighter than spec sheet. Makes me wonder what other specs are questionable. Order # BA2292

Almost non existence of customer service

Customer service is almost non existent takes days to get email respons and only partial information give. No working phone numbers given is it too much to ask to talk to a real person instead of draging out for days or week's what could have been taken care of in 1 or 2 quick calls

Received a defective 280 ah battery from them an no way to resolve the issue tried evry type of email they provide also text and phone call on whatsapp number they provide I would say you try calling and see if you get a real person before you by if you don't I would say don't buy

Batteries are great and shipment on batteries were fast. Reason why I’m only giving 4 star is the battery cables they sell with batteries when order, come separately. And it’s been about a week now and still waiting on cables.
