I have the SAME computer, it just failed to boot when I changed the processor, SO I CAN NO LONGER ENTER, so I CANNOT, unregister the program, it is IMPOSSIBLE, so I was forced to reinstall EVERYTHING. The technical support only answers in one way and does not solve the problem, so you can send a thousand emails and you will always get the same answer. They have no portal for you to manage the registered devices, VERY BAD.

Epubor Ultimate was great--effective and easy to use. Unfortunately, it now hangs as soon as it starts up (I'm guessing a corrupted file), and their online chat is useless. Whatever I ask, it says it can't yet de-DRM Kindle files from June 2024 on. I think their chat line may be a bot.
Its the best tool for people who don't own a kindle thank god, software is easy to use compared to calibre!!!

I purchased a 1 month license to check the program out, but after multiple attempts the software just doesn't do what was advertised. On top of that the site boasts a live chat button that does not exist, and most customer service links are not actually links. After spending more time on the site there is also no link for refunding, or contacting anything more than technical help.

I tested epubor ultimate, and its a simple and efficient software in order to be able to read/convert your acsm files .
Ease of use is something I dont find very often in this types of program, everything being correctly labeled and a great support team make it swift to convert books that I want to read into other platforms. The only thing is that it may not fit all budgets, its high price makes it hard to justify if you only have a few books.
Tried to download the software but was blocked by Firefox and Chrome, both of which stated it contained malware. Decided that I had no interest in downloading after that point and requested a refund well over a week ago. Epubor first stalled, then said they would refund me if I initiated a refund request through their 2Checkout system, then refused to refund me. So malware laden software + an unethical company = I am glad the software never made it onto my pc. I will resolve with my credit card company.

First of all: the product is unique and great, we can achieve to read a EPUB with DRM you buy on any device. Congrats Epubor devs, the software is gold! However: - A lifetime license works only 1 year once you get it, or on your computer once activated. - There is a retrieval to do after we can see in the support epubor[dot]com[slash]support[dot]html but nothing works fine: - Chat does not open on any browser - Automatic-retrieval form does not do anything - support email is unresponsive, I didn't get response - There is a dark support mail in [g]mail (not support[at]epubor) I found there for pro-active users like us checking something to Trust... This looks like an abandoned product with a lucrative model to a minority. Are your initial 60$ for a "life" thing sustainable? Probably not because it's linked to the product owner very flakky. Note I wouldn't have complained if I had bought a service. In 2024 wour software are assimilated to services that's terrible to not know what you paid for something titled "life".

The Software works well and fast only the PDF function isnt working for me anymore.
Testing out the trial version of Epubor. Unfortunately, it is limited to decrypting only 20% of the file and outputs in text format. Would be nice to test every feature (decryption and format conversion) for a reasonable limited time in order to gain a better feel for whether the software is worth purchasing.
This is a great app and works well, the only downside is that you don't know you have to pay for a license until after you get started.
