Offered refund and then refused refund…
I checked on a very specific feature (not included in the free trial) with their support before purchasing. They assured me it would work and said that they would give a refund if it didn't. I bought the software, and ran it, it didn't work, I responded to them asking for a refund. I then had a rude email from them saying that it did work. Looking back, I actually found them rude and untrustworthy from the beginning. Edit based on Reply 28/12/22. Shame only offered to honour a refund when a negative review is posted. Shame there is no mention of addressing the other issues. I don't really want to spark up that email chain again. If you care, my initial enquiry was on 7/11/22 with follow-ups on 19/11/22 and 26/11/22. That should be enough information.

Review for Epubor Software
Pretty self explanatory, however if you aren't comfortable with a computer can be confusing. Tried the Trial Version first which only converts 20% of the book. Also won't have access to table of contents when converted so be warned. Wish prices weren't so expensive! If prices were half the cost would pay for.

I tested the trial version of epubor ultimate to remove DRM from a PDF. The result was really outstanding. It was a pity that the free trial version only edited 20% of the PDF.....
App is hopeful
The application appears to remove DRM from one of my books however when I converted it to EPUB using the app things look a little broken. My caliber library did not show any details properly for the book and I am not sure if that is because only 20% of the book was decrypted (and had the "free trial" preamble).

This software was pretty easy to use.
This software was pretty easy to use. The user interface is clean. The files were converted quickly. However, once the files were converted, they still stay on the list. When I added a new file, the same files got converted all over again.

Epubor is really intuitive to install and use, and their online guides are easy to follow and very reassuring. As owner of a Kindle device, I cannot access ebooks from MLOL (a digital library software used by most public libraries in Italy) as they provide ebooks in DRM-protected ePub format. Epubor makes it easy for normal users to bypass that limitation and keep the ebooks, helping eliminate digital scarcity and make culture more accessible.
Dodgy Software
Epubor's workers lie about how this is the best eBook converter. It's actually dodgy software that may or may not make your decrypted Amazon book like distorted garbage compared to the encrypted one. Good luck trying to get these clowns from Epubor to convert your book for you if the software doesn't convert it properly. All of this shows con artistry and incompetence from workers who promote Epubor software. They won't even make updated software that can decrypt Amazon Kindle's KFX files. Which is why you have to use older Amazon Kindle software to download files and decrypt them.

I tried the free trial version. It was possible to remove DRM only in 20% of the text in one Kindle book (as same as it was announced on the site). A paid license is required to process the rest of the books. In the processed part of the book, instead of the requested PDF format, the Program gave me a TXT format. No spacing between paragraphs, no indentation in a new paragraph - nothing. Reading this format is terribly inconvenient. It is unclear how tabular and graphic data will be converted. If the trial version showed not only the TXT format, but how the paid version actually works, it would be easier to make a decision to purchase a license. Now I don’t even know if I will receive PDF for the rest of the books or the program will also issue only TXT.

Removes DRM from kindle books!
I was skeptical at first, I had issues sin DeDRM with Calibre. Epubor has a tonne of helpful instructions for seemingly every problem I ran into. I was able to download an older version of Kindle for PC and follow Epubors instructions to remove DRM. The price is hefty, I wish it came with a lifetime, unlimited-device option, but I can see why they do not. If you will be removing DRM for many books, it is worth paying for

Frustration relief!
I spent a very frustrating afternoon trying to figure out how to convert my kindle books so I could read them on my Kobo. I stumbled across this software and was happy that it had a complete walk-through to make the file convertible.
BEWARE DRM removal = SCAM
I have downloaded (and paid) epubor DRM removal software. I tried three different books from different sources and each time it was not possible. I contacted the support with the file and they were saying "It is not working with that site". Among them were really big and important sites. So it is scam. If DRM removal is only for third rate Asian love novels, I do not need pay money for it.

Free 7 day licence
I am being asked to provide a review to get a free 7 day licence which I am fully prepared to do but unfortunately I cant use the program until I get the licence so it is difficult to review it!! You can use the program to produce 20% of the original file without a licence (it converts AZW3 files to txt when asked to convert to epub) and is fairly easy to do but without a licence I cannnot say for sure that it converts correctly.
