评价综述
AI 生成Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers consistently praise the software for being extremely easy to use, noting that it handles format conversions and removes DRM restrictions smoothly. People deeply appreciate how fast and intuitive the clean interface is, allowing them to effortlessly manage and back up their digital libraries across multiple reading devices. However, some customers also noted that recent updates to reading platforms can break software compatibility, occasionally causing the program to stop working properly. A few users additionally mentioned that the free trial version is too limited or that certain stubborn files fail to convert as expected.

An Essential Application
I’m truly impressed with how well Epubor works. The app is very easy to use, fast, and delivers flawless results. In just a few minutes, I was able to organize and convert my books without any hassle. What I like the most is its simplicity — you don’t need to be tech-savvy to get the most out of it. On top of that, their customer support is quick and friendly, which gives great peace of mind. Thanks to Epubor, I can now enjoy my books on any device without issues. Highly recommended for any digital reading enthusiast!
it was so simple to install and use
it was so simple to install and use, it was just simple, it also did the job really well. recommended
Free trial did not work, subscription was useless
I was looking for software to get audiobooks on my laptop, hoping this would work. I kept getting the screen to get a subscription, which I did in the end, since this platform had so much good reviews and was adviced by Google. Big disappointment: my books are not the right format and this software is totally useless to me. They offer a money back guarantee, but this seems to be only 90% of the amount. If you buy your books mainly on Kobo or in mp3, but not on Amazon, I would not recommand this product. It totally did not work and I am not a happy costumer.

Hello, This is Angel from the epubor market team. I feel so sorry for causing you so much inconvenience. 1. If you found that this tool doesn't work for your kobo library files, you'd better send the error message or screenshot as proof. And in fact, the free trial version helps convert 3 titles for free. I mean, if the free trial version doesn't work for you, why you still place the order? 2. A refund can be issued immediately if you agree to pay the processing fee charged by the payment platform. That's also the reason we're refunding 90% to you. 3. I also noticed that you left 86 reviews on Trustpilot platform, and most of your reviews are 1-star‘s. I feel sorry that so many tools have made you unsatisfied, but as a software developer and vendor, we are always doing our best to improve all the tools and experiences, but not to cheat. If there are problems, we should find solutions, right?
Works great when converting to pdf-files.
I've tried it one year for decryption, even with the the latest Kindle format. I use it to get some kindle books as pdf, because highlighting text and include comment etc. are so easy in pdf files with Adobe Acrobat XI pro.
Very good software
Epubor is a great software that has made my reading experience so much better. It's user-friendly, and they are quick to answer any questions I may have.

I've tried it in the past in its previous versions, and the software worked very well for decryption. With the new format introduced, Kindle KFX DRM, I hope the latest updated version of epubor ultimate continues to deliver such excellent results, with no excuses or exceptions. I'll let you know if it continues to perform outstandingly or falls short.
This software is a huge time-saver
This software is a huge time-saver! It lets me quickly and easily download the books I need in both DOCX and PDF formats. Very convenient and highly recommended.
Great
I love this software! Great help!
This software is fine for the latest, most common ebook formats.
This software is fine for the latest, most common ebook formats. However, a huge portion of the digital book world consists of older titles published in now-obsolete formats like .tbz. in my experience. These files aren't going to be updated by the publishers, so it's up to conversion software to handle them.

Sorry for causing you so much inconvenience. Kindle puts different drm schemes on their different formats books, which causes the epubor tool more hard to handle them with one logic. We will update the tool quickly to support this format, currently, back to an older version maybe the solution. Contact me for futher help please, [email protected]

Epubor is a helpful tool for converting and managing eBooks across different formats and devices. The interface is user-friendly, and the conversion process is generally fast and reliable. I especially appreciate the support for removing DRM, which makes transferring books between devices much easier. Some features could be improved, but overall it's a solid choice for eBook users.
Useless textbook conversion
I purchased a textbook as an eBook, but it was only available in read-only mode, making it completely worthless. Thanks to Epbuor, I was able to create a PDF and mark it up and take notes. Just as a textbook should be! Thanks.
Best experience!!
I’ve been using Epubor Ultimate for a while and it really exceeded my expectations. The installation was quick, and within minutes I was already converting my ebooks without any headaches. What I like most is how it handles even large files smoothly, and the converted books always look great on different devices. I also tested it with some of the newest Kindle titles, and it worked flawlessly, which was a big relief. Another plus is the clear interface — everything is straightforward, no need to be super tech-savvy. Whenever I had a small question, the customer support team was responsive and polite, which gave me extra confidence in the product. Overall, it’s been a game changer for managing my digital library.

Amazing software for converting ebook in every format!
Its brilliant
Its brilliant Its brilliant. It does everything that I could want. You can even deregister an old device (laptop) and then register another and vice versa - its simple to do just click on the icon next to the figure of the head on the body if there is a square with an arrow then its registered and that allows you to deregister. I paid for the lifetime version of Ultimate. It is already worth every cent after hours and days of trying to retrieve my kindle documents because my old mobile has been de-activated and so cant access the code Amazon sends.

Amazon - THE WORST service provider EVER. Even if you live in the USA you probably still have zero chance of contacting them - don't try chatting as its all automated and you end up after an hour of waiting or re7direction being told to call the help line. I live outside the US and I can imagine the wait time just to get disconnected would be mind blowing. THANK YOU EPUBOR
I've been using Epubor for years
