Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible. I have been trying to exchange bras that were too big for 3 weeks. They have now agreed to replace 2 of the 3. They are cute bras but BUYER BEWARE! They told me to keep the bras.

Comically bad experience

Comically bad experience. Took weeks to arrive with no updates. Then was stolen from my letterbox and when I told them they told me to speak to Aus Post and good luck. Every CS response took days and days to get back to me. I was so excited to try. Horrible experience, do NOT recommend.

Good except offshore w foreign fees

This is an edit: Main issue I have with this company is the way they market themselves as being an onshore store. A bit deceptive as they are hong kong/china based & so purchases incur foreign fees! (had they been upfront I could've used alternative payment methods to prevent this) Everything else went fairly smoothly. The unpadded wired front closure racer back bras are my favourites & I live in them 24/7 including sleeping in them as they are that comfortable. Once you know your size in a particular bra style you can just order & pretty much get consistent products. Note: different styles may fit differently & hence vary sizing. I have been wearing the same ones for years without issue or fault. Once you work out closure clip it is so easy. The plastic clips havent failed yet & the fabric has retained its shape for years as well as elastic & stitching easily 5 yrs + 24/7 wear. The latest ones were perfect & the same as my original ones. It may be worthwhile buying via Amazon to get to know your size & comfort with easy returns prior to buying direct as I've heard returns are chaotic. I've not returned so cant say. Customer Service replies if you use the online form (they may take a few days which is also annoying). Im not super thin nor obese so Im not sure how these hold up with heavier girls. Up to a D cup you'll find these great. Again Amazon free delivery & easy return is the way to go for a product trial then essenther direct for better prices, styles & colours. The initial logistics is with 17ttack china ubi which can be slow to update with parcel still moving a fair bit inbetween updates. Local delivery was AU post who were in fact the slower part of delivery but overall within 7 days & would've been earlier had it not sat with au post for 4 days before delivery sorting. Overall I was pleased with my experience & definitely will continue buying only with a intl fee free card on future purchases.

I just received my front enclosed bra…

I just received my front enclosed bra with the back Support. I have to say I have bought thousands of dollars of bras that have never been comfortable from the very start. This bra is so comfortable. I will wait to see how durable it is after its Wash but seriously, I just ordered another three. I’m so happy with this bra.

Request refund — no reponse at all

I ordered a bra and it is sized incorrectly. I followed their instructions to request a refund and they will not respond to me. I wish I had read the reviews about this company before ever doing business with them. Buy from them at your own risk and expense.

SCAM

I bought a few strapless bras from the company hoping to find a nice one that fit me well for my wedding day. The parcel didn’t arrive in time (my fault for ordering last minute) so I was overseas when it came. I explained this in an email and as they state on their returns policy that if you are no happy with your purchase they will accept returns, I asked if I could get a friend to post it straight back to them, box untouched. They agreed and I sent the receipt to them but they are not accepting my photo of the receipt. I have sent them the tracking number where I can see the parcel has been delivered but they keep resending the same email. I spent $158 dollars and they have received the bras back, untouched by me and they are refusing to refund me anythingu

Keep your money and your sanity. Avoid Essenther!

If there was any rating less than one, I would have chosen it. The advertising appears to be AI. The actual product is terrible quality and looks nothing like the advertisement. Customer service is worse that frustrating - basically they wear you out until you just give up. Keep your money and your sanity. Avoid this company and its products!

Horrible customer service, nonexistent!

I was advertised free return when I bought their merchandise so I ordered different sizes to try. Well, it wasn't free. Had to email pictures of returned merchandise to them and pay for return shipping myself. Plus, they didn't refund two items I sent back. I emailed them twice about it -- crickets!!! I will never buy from this company again! Horrible customer service, inconsistent information about returns, long return process. The bras are of poor quality and didn't hold well after couple washes. The sticky tape around the edges are coming off.

CUSTOMER SERVICE NON-EXISTENT!!

This company has absolutely NO Customer Service whatsoever - they take your money and you NEVER hear from them again - even after repeated emails asking them to make contact with me regarding an exchange. I have now given up - just want to warn others - BUYER BEWARE!!! Think long and hard about dealing with this dodgy company!!

I wish I could give it a zero

I wish I could give it a zero. This is an absolutely awful company to deal with. They’re very slow to respond, their expectations for returning products are untenable. Original plastic packaging? It’s absolutely insane. The offers of taking a percentage of the refund or replacement with incredibly cheap product is ridiculous. Stay away from this company!

Customer service terrible, difficult …

This company is connected with Solbrace active wear , czy yoga active wear , Inlyric and Momanda maternity wear . The customer service at Essenther and Solbrace is terrible . They have either no replies or late replies. They avoid answering the actual question and go about another or they ask the same questions to just keep delaying resolving the issue . They just give you the endless run around . Solbrace is the same and czy yoga I never had to have any contact with them I ordered and received my products so there wasn’t any need to deal with anyone . Czy yoga is a little more pricey but they all generally have the same products

Avoid this company.

Avoid this company. I ordered 13 bras, all in the exact same size. Shockingly, only about half of them fit, while the others were completely off. This clearly shows a serious lack of consistency in their sizing and quality control. The real nightmare started when I tried to return the items. Instead of honoring their return policy, customer service repeatedly pushed me to keep products I can’t use and offered a ridiculous 25% refund. When I refused, they provided an incomplete return address that multiple shipping companies would not accept. I spent over 10 days chasing them for the missing information needed to ship the package. Their response? Other customers had supposedly managed to ship there, and they refused to provide any additional details. At this point, I still have unwanted items, no refund, and no workable return solution. The website makes the company appear far more customer-friendly than my experience suggests. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering an order to think twice, especially if you may need to make a return.

Terrible customer service

Lingerie was okay but customer service is terrible. Ordered a few pieces, they forgot to send one bra. I had to chase it down. Took too much time and was a complete hassle. They sent a peach bra instead of the pink one and when I reached out to them saying that it was the wrong colour, they completely denied and said 'it doesn't look peach to us'. I asked for it to be returned as it was almost $50. They deducted $10 and also didn't help with the shipping. So basically, I lost $20 and wasted a lot of time (sending 20 emails back and forth). I wish they copied customer service from Victoria's Secret instead of their designs and prices.

Avoid, avoid. Save your money.

I purchased a bra front closure drum figure bra, the front clasp broke within 3 months. No replacement, no refund! They only do 30day warranty!! Absolute shoddy product.

Unsure at first...

Being sceptical about the product at first, I bought two front openings to try as I needed some and couldn't reach a back closure due to a bad shoulder. Found Essenther on line. Sizing is literally according to their measurements, not necessarily your normal sizing. This could fool some when making a purchase. I was very unsure about this aspect myself. The bras arrived in about 2 weeks (front opening) They were light, a buttery soft mesh. The front closure works but is a bit fiddly - precision work and could be difficult for some. The Bras fitted, were cool comfortable and I purchased another two with regular black closures. Again, the mesh is cool and comfortable but possibly a bit lacking support for some. The lace didn't have quite the same snug and shapely fit as the mesh. No issues with delivery or quality but the range does not offer many with superior support. Have now bought another 2 - love them, so comfortable and given the fabric may not have long-life durability. The only issue, was and still is stock availability. Many sizes out of stock.

Great service, good product

I ordered a strapless bra on Wednesday and it got delivered on Sunday! The product is great and exactly as advertised for a great price, Happy customer and will order again

Less than one star.

Usually I read reviews before I buy. This time I didn’t. The “Australian” website looked convincing, but the product is Chinese. I bought according to the measurements of their size guide but it was way too small, obviously an Asian size. Plus, poor quality. I have put in a refund request via PayPal as I can’t contact the company even through the link supplied on PayPal. SHONKY! DON’T BUY. P.S. - PayPal granted me a refund immediately.
