Horrendous company to deal with

Horrendous company to deal with! The returns process is so convoluted it’s took me months to get my refund. They will do anything to work out of giving you a refund, even when you’ve returned items.

Only issues

First issue was that I got alerted by my bank that I made an international charge. Nowhere on the website did it state that this is not a US based company. Then product was not as shown in the images. Nothing smoothing about a bra made out of a netting type fabric. The when I wanted to return the products I was offered a free item instead of a return. After some back and forth discussions they finally gave me the address where to send the items so. Meza AZ, one of the expensive places to mail to. Cost me almost $9 for 2 mesh bras that weigh next to nothing. Then I had to send images of the package and shipping receipt. What a production! Lesson learned, check Trustpilot first!

Buyer beware do not buy from ths company

Buyer beware do not buy from this company. I advised the company that my items were defective once washed and I was told that unless I had the original postage packaging and label they could not accept the items as a refund. Seriously how many people keep the original packaging when they receive items? Really bad experience with this company and they need to be stopped, the quality is absolute CRAP.

Faulty items sent. Won’t refund Really terrible service

Really terrible service. I got two dresses. Both faulty with some stains all over them. Company won’t accept return and offered 20% refund and i should keep the faulty dresses. Won’t buy from them again

Its all a scam . Returned 2 bras due to them not fitting correctly. Return within Australia was to Amazon in Melbourne . 4 weeks later and I still had not recieved a refund . After emailing the help line they said that Amazon.had marked my returned goods as damaged . Due to the fact that I could not produce evidence of the goods prior to postage they coud only only offer me a partial refund . They could not provide me with evidence of the so called damage . Reading reviews, customers have had similar ex perience . The return process is flawed and a total scam I would not recomend this company..

I bought 6 bras from them

I bought 6 bras from them, as I was chasing a specific item. They are definitely not fantastic quality and offer a low level of support but I only paid between $30 -40 au each and I normally spend a minimum of twice that amount. The main issue is return, as like other customers have experienced, it is an impossible task. I should have known better as I have been caught before with another company of a similar set up. I wont bother to try to return, as the last time I did that the parcel made it all the way to China but was a boomerang, ‘return to sender’ arriving back 3 months later. I paid for registered post. Still no refund! SO not doing that again. The bottom line is, they are an ok bra, I might wear 3/6 on occasion, but generally not worth it. Don’t bother setting up an account, you cant log in anyway. Dodgy company!

Avoid this company.

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Essenther. After returning multiple items in perfect condition, I was told they were “damaged by customer” without any evidence provided. Despite my request for photos or proof, none were shared. I had witnesses who saw the items were untouched, yet the company withheld a full refund and offered only a partial one. Their communication was slow, evasive, and lacked transparency. It felt like they were more interested in keeping my money than resolving the issue fairly. Even when I asked how to escalate the complaint, they didn’t provide a clear process. I would not recommend shopping with Essenther. Based on my experience, they are not trustworthy and their customer service is extremely poor.

Great quality and customer service

Great quality bras, comfortable and supportive, lovely shape and I keep buying more. Quick delivery and great customer service, always responsive to questions.

Do not buy the products from this…

Do not buy the products from this company. All of the negative reviews are absolutely spot on. The return button doesn’t work for a reason!! You have to chase them on email to get a returns address and an ‘agreement’ to get a refund as they try and fob you off with all sorts of bribes to keep the items. I am finally returning these - paying for the return myself, but there are apparently caveats about whether I’ll get my refund. I’ll be owed more than £40 determined h but I just have to hope I’ll get my refund. Not sure it’s even strictly online / distance selling legal frankly.

Not great quality fabric and stitching for the price. There are definitely better products out there, not good value for money.

Return situation pending

My situation is still pending but I bought 2 bras and they do not fit. When I looked up how to return, I followed the instructions and it sent an email message to the company. They replied but tried to talk me into an exchange, siting that it would cost me money 💰 because of all the shipping fees so I should exchange. I replied back stating that I want a full return and no other size would be helpful, and they replied back with a link to print a return label but there were so many caveats listed in their reply, I am not confident things will work out. I am incredibly nervous to send back something I paid for with no real guarantee that they will refund me correctly or even at all. I will create another review as things progress. Grrrrrrr

Sizing is terrible for one thing

Sizing is terrible for one thing. The return policy stinks and I will never do business with them again. I ordered 2 bras with the total coming to $80, neither bra fits at all. They'll replace one or I guess I could pay to return them. Either way I'm going to be out money. This company clearly doesn't care about keeping customers.

does not hold your breast when bending or doing chores

The bra material is not bad but they do not work for big bust sizes. My bust size is 16 DD and anytime I bend to pick up something my breasts fall out of the bra. Cannot wear it outside, just in the home. The bra with underwire poked into my chest. They are expensive so I would not recommend.

Clasp on front closing bras break

Clasp on front closing bras break. All 3 of my relatively new bras have broken. Customer service advised to get it fixed by a tailor! Disappointed- will not buy again and have advised my friends not to buy either as I had recommended Essenther to them. Buy a reputable brand in store rather than this substandard quality! Customer service terrible!!!

AMAZING Bodysuits!

I'm not sure what's up with all the bad reviews... I am super impressed with both the bodysuits and customer service I received. The bodysuits are the PERFECT material. So sleek, comfortable and classy. I will be using this company moving forward. I had the Kmart luxe bodysuits and these are similar but way better! I also had to change my order from M to S and update the email address, I got a very quick response and they updated my order before shipping. AMAZING customer service and product.

So confused about all bad reviews

So confused about all bad reviews! Im on my third order from them. The price is on point, quality good so far two years later! Sizing on point! I order from their US website if that matters. Highly recommend. Material is on thinner side, not plush like victoria secret bras, but this is were the price comes in! I rather have 2 bras for price of one from victoria secret. Also like the thinner material due to less warmth.
