Etron honoured my request for cancellation and full refund
I placed an order from Canada but changed my mind after the delivery dated was updated to a later time that did not suite me. I requested to cancel the order within 24 hours after placing it. Response from customer service was a little slow ( 3 days) but they did agree to a cancellation and full refund. Will consider purchasing from Etoren again if they have what I need and the price is right.

We would like to provide further insight left out in your review which bends the context. Your delivery address in Spain is the Canary Islands. Before shipping your order, we have exchanged several emails to communicate that the address is not in EU custom union and VAT will be charged at customs. You confirmed to go ahead and we proceeded to ship your parcel. In case of shipping fees, they are displayed clearly at checkout page and you have accepted. Before shipping, we have also assisted to correct your address due to the one you provided not recognized by DHL system. Despite our transparent communication and efforts to process your order. We feel puzzled to receive your review. We understand that you are not happy about VAT imposed by customs at Canary island. 36 days of waiting to deliver a package from France to Italy. Shipping cost €53. If they sent it in a bottle to the sea it would arrive sooner. They do not respect European laws on the right of withdrawal, they charge 30% of the value of the goods in case of change of mind. Never again. Zero stars.
